Ever since they went souless modern farm house it went downhill. Husband and I came to this location in search of 3 new pairs of boots. I needed a wide size and couldn't find one on the shelf. It was obvious we needed help, 3 employs kept walking past us and looking at us and one kept moving hanging shirts back and forth. They used to swarm you offering help and now they avoid customers as there were 3 other ppl needing help with no luck. Needless to say we left and took our money elsewhere. Truly disappointing.

They have a huge selection of boots, boot care products, stetsons, jeans and various other assorted clothing items. The staff were helpful and courteous. Recommended!

Worst boot barn we ever been in !
Woman was rude, left us feeling uncomfortable and made young assistant run about after her, asked for jeans Ariat m5
Was told over there on table all folded and neat but not in any size order.
If your looking to spend your money avoid this rude woman, plenty more boot barns.

Over zealous sales lady kept bugging me. My walet and I left. Chill out when a customer comes in, you just chased me and my walet out of your store. Sad.

Best to go here on a day ya just wanna Shop n Shop.. or Know what you went for so you're not there for 3 hours! Best selection of Booooots boots and more boots ever! Men's and women's.. dressy, work, riding and muck styles.
