Great food selection, Ethinic and Caribbean stuff , fresh and good prices .....only Spanish speaking people work there ..no communication, poor customer service, they only speak to each other (loud) communication at the food buffet is poor and you get profiled because you don't speak Spanish . Management needs to do something about this .

If you plan get some cheese or ham plan 1 hour ahead of time. They every single day take almost 1 hour to serve you. Im not kidding really plan ahead they clean the machine after every single change of cheese and take about 10 min doing it.

Good selections of meat and produce. Fine and tasty "hot" meal selections, too. Roasted pork meal, with rice and side is inexpensive, as well as good.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We used to have decent experiences at the deli, which is the reason most people shop here: for the authentic ethnic cuisine served hot. However, the last few times we've come the service has been horrible, and the food actually made me sick. Last night we were trying to order and we straight up got ignored, to the point that the line wrapped all the way around the frozen food section. The server literally ignored me, although I was standing right in front of her and trying to order to get the line moving. She looked me straight in the eyes and started taking orders from people behind me. It took someone else on the line leaving her station to come take our order. Meanwhile, the line was getting even longer with people losing their temper. When we finally did get waited on, we got the pulled pork. It was full of fat and burned pieces when we got it home. It was practically inedible. And what little I did try gave me a stomach ache the next day. I'm not sure why things went south so fast at this place because it used to be decent, but do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. Rude horrible service for food that will make you sick.

Love this store. I buy most of my veggies and meats here. Some of the items that seem to be non Hispanic type foods are more expensive here. They have cooked foods, deli and a small bakery with fresh breads and pastries. Alot of good options

Bravo Carrie's many of the Spanish products and brands I need to cook that authentic Spanish food. Also I appreciate the fresh bread as well. The section of cooked food is convenient, delicious and prices are resonable. Meat prices are a little high. Customer services is okay. Overall I like Bravo.

Wow, lots of really great stuff in here. Squid, salted cod, lots of spices... They also serve hot foods with a place to sit and eat. A very interesting grocery store. Very busy place...

Omg this market was a blessing and like my home away from home. They have all my Cuban foods. Pastries etc. Fresh bread. Much more. All types of Hispanic foods. Ready to eat from cafeteria or fresh ingredients so you can make your own at home.
