I had an amazing first visit at Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics. Dr. Douglas was very professional with my fillings, and Zena did an outstanding deep cleaning, she was detailed, patient, and caring throughout. They even gave me helpful gifts to improve my oral health. I truly felt prioritized and cared for from start to finish. Looking forward to my next visit!

The front desk staff have some attitude problem as well they quoted me a price that was three times the amount as anywhere else and I was able to go and get the same work done for a fraction of the price to what they quoted me I would definitely get a second opinion. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Among the best in the business are Kim front desk and Sandra the Hygenist. Thank you ladies for the love by your field and showing it in excellent customer service. A special thanks to you Sandra for listening to me, taking your time, finding the problem and coming up with a treatment plan. Trusting someone in your mouth is hard as it is but knowing you have concerns that are not addressed or minimized makes it even harder. It’s been many months since my mouth has felt as good as it does since leaving your chair. Because of you two ladies I stopped looking for another provider. Thanks again

I had a great experience at Bright now dental. Sinhal was an excellent hygienist and she cleaned my teeth fabulously! Sinhal reviewed my teeth accurately and said what was best for them. She even said how to efficiently clean my teeth after care. Not only is Sinhal good at her work but also super nice. I love this place and will always come back!

It's all about the money at this place not to mention poor customer service. They told me ahead of time that my insurance would cover the costs of the x-rays and teeth cleaning but I still paid a few dollars. The dental associate later informed me that she couldn't perform the cleaning because she had other patients so I had to reschedule. The dentist who examined my teeth didn't introduced himself, told me about what future work is needed, and immediately left. Staff presented me with charges for the future work. I explained to them that my insurance said they could send the treatment plan to them and they'll notify my of the exact charges. Staff said it wasn't necessary and the charges presented were the amount I would pay. We went back and forth after I explained that my former dental office later charged me for services that they said my insurance would pay and I just want to ensure a similar situation doesn't arise again. Hopefully they sent the treatment plan to my insurance. but I'm sure I won't find out until I arrive for my cleaning. I'll probably switch to a different dental office that treats patients with respect.
