A total disaster!! I got a the counter and they run my card to pay and I was told that I cannot rent because my credit score was not enough!! My score is good. I told the guy that I called last week and check for all I needed to do the rental. Well, this company have costumer service I guess in India that do t have a clue about what you need. Praise the Lord this happened. I went to enterprise that I used before and they gave me a Queen treatment and got my rental!!

I’ve tried renting from here multiple times (cars and moving trucks) and ended up mad with nothing but wasted time every time.

Booked a rental through Expedia, arrived to pickup my her and was informed that vehicle was not ready. This was booked 5 days in advance, for a specific pickup time. Very tough situation, as a professional, I could not wait. I was told by agent that reservation was cancelled, it's not showing that on my end and I did not get any receipt.

They overbook!!! Showed up with reservations and no car available. Do not put yourself in a bad position. I saw the customer in front of me looking stranded because the same thing happened to her. They offered no help trying to book me at another location. Just an empty apology and a refusal to help! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

Such a great place there is where ill get all my rentals from now off they accommodated me even tho I had a reservation for a truck that was unavailable and the price was better then quoted

Had a reservation for 6:00, I got there and the rude guy with a beard and shoulder phanny back said they were booked out as I was the only one in there and had over 20 cars in the lot. I’ll stick with enterprise, never again budget.

I was really dreading having to rent a car, but Budget made it a quick, easy,and actually pleasant experience. The car was exceptional, much better than the car I wanted.
The optional services, like pay a little extra per gallon for them to gas it up instead of having to find a gas station right before you return the vehicle, show that they understand what would be most helpful for customers. The unlimited mileage was not expected, but HIGHLY appreciated!
I had also checked out the other rental places in the vicinity and hands down, Budget was much more economical, while still delivering great customer service and a quality vehicle.

HORRIBLE! I just rented a car at Enterprise with no problem, the only reason I came to budget was because Enterprise didn’t have a car available on the Sunday I needed one. So first of all, I ordered and paid for the car online with all my information, pre-registration completed with my license number. Then, normal deposit for people who reserve in person is $200, but for some reason ??? when you reserve online they make you come up with a $250 deposit. Why??? Then, they ran a soft credit check and denied me the car. I have had NO problems with my credit, and like I said Enterprise rented to me with no problems. THEN to make it even worse, the clerk inside the store almost laughed at me, and said she “couldn’t” give me my money back that I had ALREADY paid online to reserve the car. She handed me a piece of paper and said that I HAD TO CALL reservations on my own. And so I call, first person I talk to I can barely understand bc they didn’t speak good English, then he transferred me, and now I’ve been sitting here on the phone ON HOLD with “reservations” for 37 MINUTES AND STILL NO ANSWER YET!!! So my advice…GO TO ENTERPRISE

Really bad experience. Ruined my holidays. I rented a KIA SPOT in Ocala for a one-way, one day trip to Tampa Intl Aiport for $ 128. I was overcharged $$$ 1,012 for the wrong auto (BLK FORD EXPLORER) and for seven days with turn-in in Orlando. To compound it, they also charged me for tolls! I blame the lazy clerk and my trusting nature to not read the rental agreement.
