The baby section was a joke. We expected there to be a whole lot more baby stuff, and there was only a very small selection of baby items. We left with nothing.

This store has a nice selection of products. Iit's a little disorganized but honestly that doesn't bother me and I wouldn't expect anything different from a discount store like this. On my last three visits which where, granted, during holidays--I know that can be a stressful time for folks working retail--but I found the customer service to be consistently unacceptable. The tone has been rude and/or confrontational. All interactions have been rough around the edges and could have been handled better. I don't need to be reprimanded making a return or glared at when asking a question. I can't get behind the argument that it's due to it being a discount store. I frequently shop at Ross, Grocery Outlet, etc and I've never been treated this way. As a black woman it's possible I'm being overly sensitive to the situation, but having three incidents occur in a row makes me think otherwise.
