All cashiers are super helpful especially “Amenda” .. i had lot of returns with different receipts.. she helped me with everything with patience… i wish every store has a cashier like her… i like the store overall things are organized n good brands at great price… always find great deals here !!!

I came out of town from New York and came here to get things for a funeral. I’m currently on line for an hour with only two registers open. Workers not even in any hurry to get the customers out of their store. Horrible experience. New York is better

Horrible customer service from the girl working “prevention loss” I saw 2 customers walking though the security barriers/door after checking out and the alarm system went off and that specific employee (prevention loss) was extremely rude and didn’t help them with taking off the tags or checking their items. I even saw her ignoring one customer that was waiting by the door waiting for an employee to come check her items and the employee just told her “if you keep standing by the door the alarm will keep going off”. I thought that was extremely rude and the customer was very obviously waiting on an employee to check on her items to ensure that she didn’t have anything with tags. Instead of helping customers with items that still had tags on them she was standing there talking. I understand if she doesn’t enjoy her job but if she doesn’t want to help others and do her job then she shouldn’t be working there.

Wow! We went to Burlington to find winter jackets for my wife and daughter and we were not disappointed! We found amazing brand name jackets at ridiculously low prices! Can't wait to go back for some more Christmas shopping!!
