I was involved in accident and Geico suggested Caliber Collision of Ocala, FL for repairs. I was aware of their quality work and it is less than an quarter of a mile from where I live; which was an added bonus. Their receptionist, Maggie, greeted me with a friendly smile and helpful attitude, and she started the 1st leg of the repair work. Afterwards, I met with Kenny Schultz who kept me informed, via phone calls and texts about the repair progress. The work performed was better than I expected, also, they found damage to and replaced the left headlamp assembly which I am grateful for. I would highly recommend anyone to take their damage vehicle from an accident to a Caliber Collision near you.

I just want to say that Caliber went above and beyond. First Maggie in the office is very professional and explain what was going to happen when my car arrived.
When the my car arrived the next day Danny (who was my service advisor) had called me and told me that they were already getting parts ordered and my car would be done in about 2 weeks or so. He kept me informed of what was going on with my car.
The General manager there Brad is very attentive because I had a concern on my car and he made sure it was done right.
So overall I would recommend this Auto body shop just because customer service was excellent and my car looks great and they were pretty quick about getting it done.

This business is very professional. They assisted me with my rental, they kept me informed about my insurance and my vehicle, they are a top notch company. Their staff is very pleasant. If your car requires paint or body work, this is the place to go in Ocala! I brought my car here after another body shop had replaced and painted my bumper. When I saw it was peeling, more than a year later, they tried to gaslight me into thinking it wasn't their responsibility. I contacted my insurance company and they reopened the claim. So I brought it to Caliber.. so happy with their professionalism, accountability and their great customer service! Kenny was great and their manager Brad backs their work 100%! They went above and beyond! I hope I never need them again, but if my car ever needs paint or body work, this is the ONLY place I would bring it! I'd give them a 10 if I could!

I was very impressed with this shop. Communication was clear, often, and frequent. Text updates were immediately followed up by a phone call from Kenny providing me updates with the status of my repair. Vehicle was ready far earlier than the estimate. Pick up was arranged by them for me to be brought to the rental car company. Overall smooth experience which I think was hands down amazing considering a few days prior I was besides myself emotionally after being hit in a car accident. Caliber made is smooth and easy after that. I would recommend their services!

Maggie at the front desk was very polite and had all the paperwork in order. Ken knew that I needed my truck back so I could move and I wouldn’t need to rent a truck. They got it back to me before that and the truck looked like it never had a issue.

We selected Caliber Collision to fix our Suburban. Everyone I spoke with from the beginning of the process to the end was courteous, professional, and kept me up to date. The crew at Caliber Collision was pretty accurate when it came to estimating completion time. I would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle repaired.
