Ashlee has doing an exceptional job on my hair. I have great hair style which has been just perfect for me. My hair looks great after every appointment. It is hard to find an exception stylist in this area, but she is one. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and appointment are on time.

I booked what I thought was an appointment for my daughter to get her hair cut. If you're doing this through the website, please note that it is only a request, not an actual appointment (even if you get a confirmation number like I did). When my daughter and I showed up there was no appointment in their system, but Jasmine spoke to a stylist who was finishing up a client and Kristyn agreed to take care of my daughter.
I'll be honest, at first I was a bit aggravated over the way things were initially. It seems like poor practice to have a website give you a confirmation number but you actually have to wait whether that appointment is accepted or declined. That being said, Kristyn was very thoughtful and listened to what my daughter wanted and the end result was fantastic! She did a knockout job and in the end they understood the mix-up. We recently moved to Florida and desperately needed a salon that could take care of our needs (haircuts, coloring, etc.) and I'd say we definitely found our place! From now on we'll just call to make our appointments. :)

Me and my mom were looking for a new place after we moved from another salon, and we came upon this one. Their staff is so friendly, I have never had anyone like them.
Kristyn is me and my mom's stylist, and she is AMAZING!! She was also amazing with our haircut and color. We will be staying with her as long as possible!

Made an appointment a couple of weeks ago on the phone just to arrive to my appointment today and having the receptionist say that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. At all, not today or another day. What’s the point of picking up the phone and set appointments if you are not going to actually schedule them?
She asked if she could booked me for 3 weeks from now. NO! I made an appointment for TODAY, moved my whole schedule around for this hair appointment . I need the service for when I book it, not when works for you today.
SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I’ve been going there for over a year now and always spoke highly of the place and even recommended it!
If this is how you treat your repeat clients …. you guys lost a loyal client today!
Edit to add:
Mike, the owner, contacted me pretty fast after he saw the review. He understood my frustration and I his with his staff. He said that changes were coming soon. He offered me a comp service to come back. I'm changing my 1 star review to 3 star for the moment until service is given.
I thought of erasing the review, but I think that is important to see that even if a place messes up, they can always make it better if they actually care for their customers.
