“I recommend this company without any reservations. The windshield on my Tesla Mode X was hit by a massive rock on the interstate. I called them immediately, and they were able to setup an appointment for a couple hours later. They met us at a store parking lot and offered to fix it while we shopped.It took about 20 minutes and by the time they were done you would’ve never known a rock hit the windshield. The price was great, too!If you need your windshield repaired, save yourself some time and just call these guys.”
“I had Glass Doctors come out to measure for a window I needed replaced. I had another company that I had given a deposit to already. They hadn’t showed up or answered phone messages for three days so I thought they had disappeared. Well lo and behold they texted me the next day. I had already given Glass Doctors a 250 dollar deposit. I called them and asked if I could cancel the order and get a refund if possible. The guy checked for me and called me a few hours later and let me know they canceled the order and I would get a full refund. What an honorable business. I will recommend them to everyone! Always courteous and friendly on the phone also. This is how I ran a small business. I would rather lose a sale than a customer. Thanks again!”

“Took my son's car in for a rear bumper repair. Staff was friendly, and the lobby was clean. Communication was excellent. They called me about 3 days after drop off to let me know they no longer make the rear bumper that is on my car. So I had to agree with a plain bumper instead of the original one that had writing etched in it, texted me with updates 2- 3x a week. The car was finished, I called to ask about the other issue, which was mentioned at the time of drop off and apparently nothing was mentioned to the shop from the insurance co to check out the issue...communication then was not good. Waited and waited until I called again and was told they still haven't heard anything from the insurance company and that I need to call them. Meanwhile, I'm in a rental car that I need to return, (When the car is finished), and the insurance company knows the car is finished so now I'm being charged for the rental... yet nobody can find out answers, and I need to call now... Why should the customer have to do anything? I told the insurance company and the shop about all the issues when the car was dropped off. Long story short, I picked up my car. The new bumper doesn't match the color of the rest of the car.. it's lighter than the original paint. SMH, I returned the rental car because the shop claims the issue wasn't related to the accident, yet I had no issues with the car until after the accident. Make that make sense, please.”

A car was arranged for picking me up to take me for my rental. My car was done two days ahead of scheduled date and she looks absolutely brand new again!
