“I recommend this company without any reservations. The windshield on my Tesla Mode X was hit by a massive rock on the interstate. I called them immediately, and they were able to setup an appointment for a couple hours later. They met us at a store parking lot and offered to fix it while we shopped.It took about 20 minutes and by the time they were done you would’ve never known a rock hit the windshield. The price was great, too!If you need your windshield repaired, save yourself some time and just call these guys.”

“Would have given 5 stars, however the tech arrived an hour before my time window (8-12) and then proceeded to tell me he was about to leave because I didn’t answer my phone. Mind you again, my appointment window was 8-12 and I do not look at my phone first thing in the morning to see that the tech arrived an hour before scheduled. Also, there was still quite a bit of glass to clean up after the tech left. The tech appeared annoyed and as if he did not want to be at my location. Other wise, I did have a good experience with the company as a whole, the rep who booked my appointment over the phone, was great and for that I will likely return and or suggest to a friend/family member.”

So when I saw a billboard for Unique Auto and called. I am so blessed that I did. Because this shop is AWSOME! I was informed of the crappie job the other shop did. I was so upset. But Unique auto fixed my jeep at a great price And they make you feel like family.”

“Took my son's car in for a rear bumper repair. Staff was friendly, and the lobby was clean. Communication was excellent. They called me about 3 days after drop off to let me know they no longer make the rear bumper that is on my car. So I had to agree with a plain bumper instead of the original one that had writing etched in it, texted me with updates 2- 3x a week. The car was finished, I called to ask about the other issue, which was mentioned at the time of drop off and apparently nothing was mentioned to the shop from the insurance co to check out the issue...communication then was not good. Waited and waited until I called again and was told they still haven't heard anything from the insurance company and that I need to call them. Meanwhile, I'm in a rental car that I need to return, (When the car is finished), and the insurance company knows the car is finished so now I'm being charged for the rental... yet nobody can find out answers, and I need to call now... Why should the customer have to do anything? I told the insurance company and the shop about all the issues when the car was dropped off. Long story short, I picked up my car. The new bumper doesn't match the color of the rest of the car.. it's lighter than the original paint. SMH, I returned the rental car because the shop claims the issue wasn't related to the accident, yet I had no issues with the car until after the accident. Make that make sense, please.”
