I like the storage unit and the people at the desk but please don't try to get into your unit you pay for because people come with big trucks and suvs ",that have been here for a long time so you have to wait" unloading Pepperidge farms items. And you can't get in your storage. This is ridiculous

The manager Connie is a thief her son-in-law is a thief and her daughter is too I watch them take stuff out of units I watch them move other people stuff out of units at 1Am in the morning I got video I seen something I was not supposed to see she lied to get me out of there for no reason , connie and your family are thief's

During my first visit to the office I found the staff very helpful and friendly. They also made it very clear that there are no refunds if you check out early. I mentioned this because I read another's review on the subject. I was extremely pleased with my first encounter.

We have been customers at Cardinal Storage Ocala since 2015. We have stored a boat, 3 RVs and have had (and still have) multiple climate and non climate controlled storage units. The ladies that run the front office are amazing! They have always been so consistently helpful and pleasant! They genuinely work to maintain a good, safe, orderly facility.

100K boat stolen from this storage facility. They had a break-in on April 2nd but did not report it to the police or notify tenants to check on their property. Went to pick up my boat on April 15th and it was gone! The managers/owner gave the thieves a 2 week lead time. Makes you wonder if this was an "inside job". The manager/owners were aware of the break-in because they have surveillance video of 2 men wearing masks and gloves entering the property and turning off the power! Common sense says they stole something! Asked manager for goodwill to partially cover part of the loss associated with insurance deductibles etc., no help.Bottom line, make sure you keep your property fully insured and check on it often, because this place will take no responsibility for their lack of common sense.

Totally super place for storage. It is in a dry and secure area near Ocala airport. There is outside storage too for all vehicles, boats and EVa. Covered spots available too outside.

Great place. Office staff is wonderful and accommodating. The units are clean and secure. We've stored with them for 11 years. Very satisfied with the business.

BEWARE - read your contract regarding early out you WILL NOT get any portion of that monthly fee returned. Unfortunately, we were 4 days past our payment date, and therefore, have paid for a month (-4 days) that our unit is sitting there empty.
