Front staff is so sweet. They’re so welcoming when you first come in which makes the experience here even better. First set of people who greet you and it couldn’t be better!!! Then you get to the back with the techs and it’s just as pleasant as the front people. Love this place

I’ve been here now twice. Neck and lower back on first visit and brain on my second visit. They got me in next day on both visits. Staff is very professional and informative. Highly recommend.

Excellent imaging center. They have the open MRI which is so important for a claustrophobe like me and still gave me constant communication to keep me at ease. Imaging was done on schedule with minimal office wait.

I have an autoimmune disease and I need a regular CT scan every year. I've also had to have MRI's & X-rays. I've been going to CareFirst Imaging for several years. All of the techs are so wonderful, very kind and caring. I have never had a bad experience here, and I would recommend them to anyone. Plus, my insurance company shows they are the cheapest of anyone in town. But you won't be sacrificing quality, I can promise you that!

I took my husband there after an appointment with his ENT. He needed Stat surgery the following Monday which was only a few days away. The ladies at the front desk with the name Jacqueline (one it was her middle name) were so helpful, caring, and professional getting him in for the MRI quickly. Because he has an implanted pain pump, they didn’t let an obstacle like that hold things up. The staff quickly resolved the issue. On the day of the MRI, Bailey helped my husband, who is claustrophobic, get through the test. He wasn’t eligible for an open MRI because of his pain pump. She was so kind! When we needed the disc and report to bring to Shands Hospital for an appointment, they made it right away. We can’t thank everyone enough for the excellent treatment he received there.

If you need something urgently please don’t go here. Due to the negligence of the authorization department not submitted the request until the day before my appointment. I was not able to get my CT and they blocked my being able to get an urgent request from someone else because they didn’t cancel the improper request they sent it.

Came today for MRI attempt number 6,the doors was locked and jack didn't give up she found a way when there was no way,,she got the doors open and saved the day well done my friend there was a angry mob waiting

Although very nice people at the actual location . The mistakes made at initial level with the phone calls are beyond frustrating . Mistake after mistake hard time with communication etc . Skill set is just not up to par with what a facility like this should have. From wrong interpretation of approval to weeks of waiting , correction after correction, no call back, and Dr never received result .
** another error .. we have been requesting disk and still no disk. Today 4/15/25 Phone rep Eric claim Medical records has no management to answer to . They just put in a request. ..I have never heard of employees in medical department running themselves .
I cannot get the care I need thanks to the phone reps claiming they are the ones I can only deal with . This particular one could not relinquish control . Refusing to transferr to another rep. The buck stopped there . transferring to dep. only to get unreturned voice mails.
I wish I kept the front staff phone number email from the initial debacle they need to get rid of the phone answering department. They're polar opposite of the actual on-site staff. Killing this business. What an absolute NIGHTMARE.

The office staff is amazing. However this call center used to make appointments is very horrible. Call center told me my appointment was one time twice and then when call came the day before for reminder and to verify I was keeping appointment came, the appointment was an hour later than told me. This wasn’t the first time either. Causing me to have to cancel another appointment and now that one is another month out. Very frustrating.

Had to have some imaging done after a car accident, they were quick, I was called the same day of referral, appointment set up immediately, & I was in and out in no time 😍💪
Walking into the office waiting area was kind of intense because it was so big & beautiful 😅🤩
But the receptionists were very helpful & efficient at their jobs!! 💪❤️
When I had forgotten my results, I went back up to pick them up, and the young lady was so kind, she said no problem at all, got my results, and had me on my way before even the patient next to me was finishing checking in 🔥🔥
Will definitely be using them for any other imagining needed in the near future!! ❤️🔥

The rudest office staff ever!!! Called to make appointment for my 72 year old husband in extreme pain needing X-rays of his hip and knee. The man who answered was very hard to understand. Because I didn’t understand him he hung up on me and when I called back, he played dumb that it wasn’t him who did it. Said his name was Eric. Then proceeded to talk down to me as if I was uneducated. If it wasn’t where the insurance said to go, we’d go elsewhere and fast. Pretty scary now having to worry about the level of care and quality of X-rays after that treatment from the office staff.
