“I brought two rugs in for much needed attention… an oriental rug to be cleaned, and a Navaho rug in dire need of repair, as it was torn and edges were unraveling.
I knew they were being left in the most capable of hands. Patty and Bahram Cyrus are wonderful and welcoming. Their devotion and passion to their art is obvious. I had the privilege and pleasure of observing Bahram repairing a rug thread by thread. The work was intricate, delicate, detailed, laborious and obviously very time consuming. I understood then the time involved.
I recently picked up my rugs and barely recognized them. Absolutely beautiful!!! My Navaho rug is pristine. Both look newly purchased.

“We recently had Ocala Carpet and Tile do a huge bathroom remodel project for us. Taking out an existing garden tub and walk in shower and replacing them with a large roll in drying area leading to an open shower area with seating, a shower wand, and overhead rain shower fixture. We met with Christine in the design department where she showed us samples of the marble tile for the walls of the shower, the shower floor and also a new marble floor for the bathroom. Her expertise in design and her helpful suggestions as well as answering all of our questions made this process very easy. The engineer, Bob, came and did measurements as well as talk us through every step of the process so that we completely understood the project. His quote for the work was prompt and easily understood, and included the timeline for ordering and receiving the materials, as well as the schedule for contractors to do the work so we were all set. The contractors were 2 brothers who worked very well with each other and were a pleasure to have in our home. They were very hard workers, who were courteous and although this was a messy project they cleaned their work area and the covering they placed on all of the traffic area every night before they left. The entire project took about a month to complete but the work was precise workmanship in every detail and the end result was a beautiful, safe, and more usable shower than we had when our home was built. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and highly recommend Ocala Carpet and Tile. We have used them for several other projects in our home and have always been very satisfied with their work from start to finish. True professionals !”

“We were actually shopping for new granite in the store next door and decided to pop in here since we needed flooring too. I had a vision, but had no clue how to achieve it, so I was just planning to browse and see what stood out to me. I wanted dark, wood-grain textured flooring in a herringbone pattern, but wasn’t sure what the best material would be to achieve it. One of the associates came up to help us out, but I wasn’t even sure what questions to ask to lead me in the right direction. Luckily, he could tell I was lost, and asked me questions instead! He asked about what we wanted, what space it was for, what subfloor we had, etc. Then he educated us! He let us know that tile would be tricky for our subfloor, hardwood would wear down quicker in a high traffic area like our kitchen, and the herringbone pattern would be best executed by LVP. He showed us the LVP section, the clearance aisle and really worked with us to make sure we were choosing the best floor for our project. He did all this knowing that we came from Gainesville, which is not typically an area that they service for installation. So genuinely just looking out for us, no pressure to get a sale! We may still buy our floor here and just find a different installer due to the top notch customer service!”
