Today was our first time visiting the store and we were impressed!The customer service we got from George was more than exceptional! He took his time to take correct measurement's and give feedback on how to pair shirts and jackets. He even helped us special order an item they didn’t have available in store.We look forward to shopping here in the future.

The Garments I purchased was of great quality. My husband is tall and stout, I love that this retailer caters to Big and Tall men. Unfortunately, the problem I came across was the salesperson or manager of the store in Ocala FL. Her personality was less than pleasant. She acted like I bothered her? I realize that Days get long and sometimes this will wear on a person. But she didn't smile or say anything upbeat at all. Seems like maybe she needs a different profession??

Reason took care of me at this store, and what a blast I had. She was super nice to me and was very patient. She had other customers in the store and no matter how many times I bothered her she always had a smile on her face while attending to my needs. There are other employees at this store but I’m sorry I can’t shop unless she’s there. She always makes sure that I can find everything ok and even gives me suggestions on other clothing. She deserves a raise or vacation or something!
