It has been a long time since I found a bank that make you feel like family. The kind of family that always wants to know how you and your kids are doing or how they did at there FFA cow show or my daughters karate class. Everytime I walk in I am great instantly with a smile and how is everything going. Sonya, Beverly, Tina Marie are some of the best bank employees I have encountered in years, always will to go above and beyond to help me with anything. Definitely This location hands down have the most friendly up best and give me a true like family feeling with employees like these three ladies your bank is a sure winner, Beverly, Tina Marie, Sonya thank you for all you do for me and the other customers

I left Bank of America to come to First Federal Bank. Absolutely the best thing ever. Wonderful service, just good people. The ladies on the front line handle most issues with no hesitation. Beverly, Tina Marie and Sonya all treat me like my best friends. Absolute professionalism.

Poor customer service. Went to the branch and was treated like a criminal. I will be filing a complaint. I didn’t know you had to personally know a person to withdraw YOUR MONEY from an account that YOU DEPOSITED.

BUYER BE WARE. AVOID IT AT ANY COST, or it will cost you. The customer service is not reachable and can't answer basic questions. The stuff inside of the branch is awful and will scam you. Unprofessional. Lucks disclosure.As per reply below: I did call the customer service number, but was directed back to the branch. Just make me just over the hoops. I was never was late on any payments, credit score 850, etc A+ customer and such treatment...

I walked in at 2:30pm and the bank was empty no customers, and tree very nice ladies greeted me and i told them I wanted to open an account and they told me to sign in on the computer and someone will be me. I waited almost 14 minutes & nobody came to assist me so I got up and I left. There is no reason a costumer should wait more than 5 minutes for assistance in a bank, especially when there is not customers in the bank.

FFB’s 1st Avenue Branch is top notch! They offer all of the services we need while keeping the small- town personal feel. Travis, Cheryl, Beverly and the E-Corp team not only provide excellent customer service, but they make it a point to know their customers. They are always quick to answer any questions and take care of all of our needs.
