I'm not sure about the disabled vet (pervious post) but this branch has always been absolutely awesome. I've known the staff since 2008 (different bank but many of the same staff) Very professional and accommodating to their clients.

I have been a customer of Center state for a long time and “I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED A UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER†when i am in other cities and I see a Center State Bank I smile and proudly claim that's MY bank....Thanks Center State Brian you are Awesome

Horrible bank. This branch treats disabled Americans like they are common house trash. My family and I have been loyal 15 year customers, the last two times I've visited this branch I was accused of fraud trying to use my own account. As I was made to wait in the hot sun on a 100° plus day while they appeared to be making phone calls and awkwardly looking at me like a criminal through the drivethru. I motioned for one of the lady's to come to the window and she snickerd at me and walked to where the other ladys where. She then motioned to her arm as that is where part of my disability is at and started giggling. I will be taking my banking needs elsewhere as I do not feel comfortable going to a place with such rude staff and horrible business practices.
