I went to the bank to request new checks due to a change of address.
She was informed that checks cannot be exchanged with my new address.
Very bad attitude with the way I was treated.
I insisted and told someone else to help me.
She asked me for my driver's license.
The information she put in computer made me intentionally write down an apartment. I have never lived in apartments.
Receive the checks with incorrect addresses.
I ordered new checks from the bank and arrived wrong again.
I went to the bank again and another person helped me and informed me that it was a human error.
I made an appointment with a new bank to open a checking account.
Other banks in other areas have treated me very kindly and everything has been fine.
It was not a good experience because I needed the checks urgently.
I had to complain about that situation to the bank.

Zero stars. Went through the drive-thru today to see if they could give me two $50's for a $100 (getting some Christmas gifts ready.) "Do you have an account with us?" "No." "Sorry, any transaction has to be linked to your account."Ṣiva H. Viṣṇu. Even if you're paranoid about counterfeiting, you've got your handy dandy little pens that detect such things. With this antediluvian policy, you have absolutely guaranteed that I will never become a client of your bank. Get a grip.

I opened both savings and checking accts here. Recieved my atm card. Had to go back tqice now due to defective card. I had to call 3 times wondering where my checks were. Hey I finaly recieved some,, 5 months later. Took myoney and flew outta there. No way.

What a great bank! The two banks that I deal mostly with are the branch on SR 40 and on SR27. The staff is super nice, professional, and can resolve the most unique problems that crop up. The banks are beautiful inside creating an ambiance which lessens the stress of waiting. You do not have to wait long as there is enough staff to assist you. I give it a 5 star rating.

Dont bother! Everyone has free checking,they dont only if you get a 500 direct deposit. We have several accounts with them only due to the change of hands and ended up with them. The ladies are absolutely wonderful and only reason i didnt give it half of a star!! Brian at first seemed helpful(i was to get a phone call back and didnt so i called) until i guess i stated how slow in comparison to other banks. Especially that this lady gets thousands of emails and he relys on hope she will get to it today and resolve the issue that was caused by centerstate to begin with. Ive been telling my husband to close all our accounts since it changed hands. Its not worth it!! The fees are so high do your research!!

Nice friendly bank. The only problem is that there are far less branches them necessary. High hopes they'll open more as they acquire more banks.

After having to endure an unfortunate experience with the other branch in town - I travels to this location. I wish I would have visited first. The team greeted me immediately and a gentleman by the name of Brian - worked diligently to resolve my issues and concerns. Although I ultimately closed my account due to issues beyond his control.
