These are the best tailors in town! Every single time I've needed a complicated alteration they have done amazing.we have used them for years and never have had an issue. I have had alterations on clothes, curtains made. Prom dress resized all which was perfect!! These people are a great family and hard workers. Thank you, Charlie's taylor shop!!

Awesome place! They put the letter on my sons letterman jacket and he is a big boy, so it was a JOB !! Not only did they do the job quick, it was done right and they even took the itchi off the wool ! I will definitely use them again!!

Terrible experience… seemed like the woman didn’t care or to help with my problems. Plus very expensive… 16 dollars to fix a pair of chef pants with a couple small rips. I had 5 pairs of chefs pants. I called in the morning and she rudely said “you have to bring them in” when I got there. She again was rude and said they’re “too oily” and “they smell” I explained I wash them after every day I use them and yeah … they’re not perfect they’re work pants but they’re clean. Just need a few holes patched up … she refused … don’t go here if your a hard working American…

Wow worst experience of my life felt so humiliated by their behavior and loud yelling I had to even call the police . Had my dress and husbands suit for over two weeks and told me possible Friday would be done if not Saturday , I called Thursday they had no clue what I was talking about told me to come in to see the ticket that I had paid in full for. upon arrival husband was yelling at the top of his lungs that I was wasting his time and that he said Saturday which I had never seen or spoken with him when we went in it was just his wife she took my dress and my husbands suit and that was that so for him to tell me what we discussed which he wasn’t there I was confused and his wife had told me to come in to figure things out , I drove 25 minutes for such an experience to be told they will not do my articles after having them for so long …long story short very rude and not customer service friendly maybe language barrier causes this issue but not ok

Never ever have I experienced what I experienced at this tailor . I came in 2 weeks before the date I needed a dress fixed and suit tailored I was told that it would be done Saturday but possibly Friday I called Thursday to inquire I was told to come in that they couldn't find my articles , when entering the store the husband was yelling I told you Saturday you're wasting my time the wife told me I was rude . All when she told me to come in . They told me to take my things and snatched my original receipt long story short if you need something small it might be a good place but if you need a suit or a dress with a time frame it's not it I understand you get busy but customer service is important and if you make me drive to your store to be insulted is not ok. I attached a video of the owners yelling .. it was the wife's mistake when we came in two weeks ago he wasn't there and I believe the wife may have messed up and forgot

I do Not recommend this business. They botched a dress and to correct thier mistake the wanted to charge for fixing it. The unnecessary Manderine comments were unnecessary. Some of us understand. Xiexie. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BOTCHED AND SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP.

The wort place I have ever been. They should list as a press shop only and not Taylor... I went to get my sons sport jacket done and he wanted 280.00 to cut 1" in length and 1" on sleeves.I asking if I do only the sleeves how much. he told me 40. So I told him let's do only the sleeves then he told me it's not worth it to do. Excuse me that a 380.00 suit and you gonna tell me it's not worth it.. never again I'll need there business.

This place is amazing! My husband has brought uniform shirts and pants to them and they always to good, timely work. I brought a pair of utility work pants and they were able to bring them in 2 sizes and you can't even tell looking at the pockets or the belt loops. I brought them a dress to size down and they just looked at me in the dress, no pinning or chalking, and it fits PERFECT! I've even had them do rush orders and get clothes back within a couple of days.
