I rarely ever have to walk into a Chase bank, but the few times I have at this location.. Ive been helped pretty quick and the people are all friendly. I typically dislike having to walk into a bank, but ive never had a negative thing to say about this location since it opened.

Horrible service! I made an appointment and specifically wrote what I needed in the notes for the appointment. When I got there, they did not even understand the request for an endorsement verification stamp. This is something that Chase forces my company to do for insurance checks constantly. So the staff told me that there was no manager available or even present. The proper customer service response would have been that if “we wasted your time then let me call the other branches and make sure someone is there that could help you out today”. Right?! No!! The staff told me that they didn’t have anyone that could make a phone call. But I could drive to 200 or Maricamp branches to see if anyone is there on my own, even though they’re totally opposite sides of each other in the city.

Julie Olson and Management are so kind hearted. Julie Olson has a wonderful heart towards service. She loved on my child with autism and made us feel so welcomed, plus squeezed me in on a limited staff Saturday. She is who we need in this crazy world. Thanks again so much!

One star due to THIS branch only. I stopped by this branch 45 minutes before they closed to open a checking account. The front desk girl turned me around and stated I need to make an appointment as it takes an hour to open the account and they're closing soon. I also work full-time and left work early to open this account. I ended up opening it online instead which took maybe 10 minutes. Chase has fantastic, easy service to which they came recommended & I give CHASE 5 stars. The 1 star is for this branch employees only, definitely not Chase bank itself. Truist is awful and the reason I switched in the 1st place. Truist held a live Xmas bonus check for fourteen days among many other reasons. I definitely recommend chase!!!!!

It is the second time that I receive bad attention in this bank branch, 2 months ago they notarized some documents. And today I return to this branch that is across the street from where I live, and I go only for the comfort of proximity, not for its good attention and THE SAME PERSON WHO IN THE MONTH OF JULY NOTIFIED ME A DOCUMENT, TODAY I REFUSE THE SERVICE OF ATTENUATION THAT “HE LET HIS LICENSE EXPIRE AND DID NOT RENEW IT AGAIN”, ONCE AGAIN I FEEL DISCRIMINATED. I have had an active account for 5 years, which when I wanted to open it in this same branch they refused to open the account, I felt discriminated against and I am sure that anyone in my place would have felt the same as me. I had to go to a Chase that was 30 minutes from where I live and there they wanted to open my account for me and they were very kind to me.

Nicky was very rude, condescending, unprofessional, unhelpful and inexperienced. She had no interest in helping customers. It’s unfortunate that she is a lead associate with this poor customer service skills and inexperienced. I talked with Sara M. and she resolved it within 5 minutes.

Elisa at this branch has been wonderful to work with and she is an asset to Chase!! She has helped me tremendously organizing my parents' finances after their health declined. It is wonderful that personal representatives are available at this branch. Thank you to Elisa and everyone at this branch for being professional and attentive.

Worse Chase branch I’ve ever been in … was watch by I’m guessing the manager from the time I enter to make a deposit… She had the nerve to actually stand next to an unoccupied teller left of me and she would not take her eyes of me as I count the money that’s being deposited … Then when I look at her she turns away .. then she resumes with her eyes glued on me as I focus on my transaction..Once my deposit is completed.. I ask her why are you watching me like a hawk but she turns away and say nothing.. So disrespectful and almost unbelievable.

I went into this location with some pretty basic questions and things I needed to do, and the lady who helped me must have been having a rough morning because she had an attitude and was taking it out on me. She couldn't help me with I originally went in for, which is fine, so I needed to make a separate transaction and she was giving me a lot of attitude through this transaction talking down to me like I was stupid just for asking some questions. I won't give names because I don't believe in compromising peoples job because of a bad day, but please please do better. I've been banking with chase since I was 17 and this isn't how I expect to be treated on the rare occasion I actually have to go into a location.
