The ATMs outside are always down for reason or another. I wouldn't recommend Chase for your banking needs. There's better banking institutions that offer better perks than Chase

I wouldn't send a fire truck their if the place was on fire took a check from a lady went by thier to cash the check this place is so greedy i was charged a 10.00 fee for cashing a check that was from their bank because i didn't have a bank account with Chase bank that is a real good way to get new customers but i guess they don't care if they have new customers i will no longer take checkes from Chase bank and i will tell everyone to stay away from Chase Bank

We went to another location and were told that no one there could help us, so they made us an appointment at this location. We went to this location and sat an hour waiting past our appointment time. It is completely ridiculous. Customer service is horrible, and the workers are completely unprofessional!

OK, I have to say Carlos and Ty have great customer service skills, professionalism, and respect to clients. They were able to help me open my account again when I was having trouble and many people need to learn from them how to treat customers.

What a disgrace how chase bank has allowed unauthorized access by unknown 3rd party exchange agents of other foreign entities to have been provided full access of both my personal accounts and business accounts I filed federal investigation and hiring now a forensic investigator as well contacted us exchange bank securities commission and reported deception, misrepresentation wrongful access by prohibited practices acts violations, unauthorized transfer altered my personal consumer destination of payments to unknown foreign taxpayers debts not related to me nor my business and their corrupt bad practices agents, associates have caused my business to be showing not approved but still chase has been taken my personal accounts and shared it with multiple unauthorized fraudulent criminals that have already been found committed fraudulent activities by using cyber security hacking technologies fact FTC sent me letter with a check, but Chase bank hasn’t even completed their failure to protect consumers personal or business accounts. Marina was the JP Chase employee that set both my accounts up and I had family with me proof as well as I opened both my accounts with cash deposits.

Front desk was decent help. Trying to get a notary is like pulling teeth and they seem rude. Not helpfully.

I was hesitant to make an appointment at this location because of all the terrible google reviews. Though, I really needed assistance with some personal banking and so I just took a chance. I am so glad that I did. This location was easy to find, had superior cleanliness, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I was greeted from the moment I walked in and my appointment was honored on time. I actually arrived about 15 minutes earlier than expected and I saw someone right away. Stephanie Lozano took care of me and answered any questions that I had. She was patient, kind, and knowledgable. Overall, I am so glad I came here. Highly Recommend.

If I could leave 0 for stars I would, this branch is a nightmare! The branch manager treats you like he’s to good to even acknowledge you! Customer service is nonexistent, I sat there an hour and was completely ignored!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE I Feel obligated to leave this review. So I take my father down to Chase bank to help fix his accounts. My father has never been very good with banking whether that be online or otherwise. He knows how to use a debit card that’s about it. So I decide to finally get him squared away and I would open a joint account with him and help usher him into the 21st century. I started by paying off ANY and ALL balances due to overdrafts, fees , charge offs ect.. CHASE allows us to clear up any balance and then once clear they open us a Basic Secure joint checking account. No sooner than we open it do we I get a letter stating my account has been restricted and being closed to call 800 number find out what’s going on and how to fix it. Ok no problem. So I call and that’s where I loose my patience… get customer service rep with ZERO authority who tells me your account has been closed and can not tell you why??? I said well is there anything I can do to fix it such as provide additional documentation, deposit a certain amount of money maintain any balance ANYTHING?? well your account has been closed you’ll receive a letter explaining why. I said I got the letter that’s why I’m calling SMH I will include the letter in photo with this review. Long story short CHASE is terrible and we just went to another institution opened new account and set up direct deposit no problems whatsoever. I just can’t believe the lack of respect this institution has for its patrons. Don’t waste your time there’s better options.

Absolutely awful service ! Walked in and teller was immediately annoyed another customer was in her line and then when I alluded to the fact I needed a document notarized she barely glanced at the document and said they couldn’t do it . This is the first time and last time as a chase customer I will access this branch .

I will say this about Chase I will not longer be a customer with them because their customer service sucks when you call them I called them today and I had to wait I press the option for them to call me back and they never did the reps are there are very disrespectful
