CUSTOMERS BEWARE I Feel obligated to leave this review. So I take my father down to Chase bank to help fix his accounts. My father has never been very good with banking whether that be online or otherwise. He knows how to use a debit card that’s about it. So I decide to finally get him squared away and I would open a joint account with him and help usher him into the 21st century. I started by paying off ANY and ALL balances due to overdrafts, fees , charge offs ect.. CHASE allows us to clear up any balance and then once clear they open us a Basic Secure joint checking account. No sooner than we open it do we I get a letter stating my account has been restricted and being closed to call 800 number find out what’s going on and how to fix it. Ok no problem. So I call and that’s where I loose my patience… get customer service rep with ZERO authority who tells me your account has been closed and can not tell you why??? I said well is there anything I can do to fix it such as provide additional documentation, deposit a certain amount of money maintain any balance ANYTHING?? well your account has been closed you’ll receive a letter explaining why. I said I got the letter that’s why I’m calling SMH I will include the letter in photo with this review. Long story short CHASE is terrible and we just went to another institution opened new account and set up direct deposit no problems whatsoever. I just can’t believe the lack of respect this institution has for its patrons. Don’t waste your time there’s better options.

Absolutely awful service ! Walked in and teller was immediately annoyed another customer was in her line and then when I alluded to the fact I needed a document notarized she barely glanced at the document and said they couldn’t do it . This is the first time and last time as a chase customer I will access this branch .

I will say this about Chase I will not longer be a customer with them because their customer service sucks when you call them I called them today and I had to wait I press the option for them to call me back and they never did the reps are there are very disrespectful

This branch is the closest to me. The bank itself doesn’t strive to be the absolute best out there but if you need to get there and do what you have to the bank is here.

I am surprised of the reviews for this Chase bank branch. Every time I go to this bank, I am always pleasantly greeted with a smile. Even though they were busy, they still greeted me pleasantly letting me know someone will be right with me. Actually, this happens every time I walk in or they simply help me when available. As for the help at the desks, Stephanie Lozano helped me today. She was prepared for our appointment with documents and all prep work ready to go for a notary. I have had several documents notarized for me at this branch and it is always a wonderful experience. I always feel comfortable because everyone is friendly and greets with a smile. Thank you for being a great business...by the way, it was the first time I booked an appointment through my Chase website and it was seamless!

Walked in to start business account with lobby completely empty and 6 employees standing there doing nothing. Was refused service and told to go try another branch or make an appointment next time.

Thanks for the heads up for closing this branch. There are not that many branches in the area. Been sitting in the ATM for 30 min now. This is bad business.

They employees have lack of knowledge and rude ,they said they didn’t know how to resolve my problem and told me they can’t waist there time with me because they have other customers,I have been with chase for over 20 years,they have no loyalty

After going there to resolve issues I can saw this bank had the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. The bad reviews at first made me hesitate going but after I went I almost wish I had another issue so I could go again !

There’s never anyone in to help and when there isIt’s by appointment only. First time I went inLobby full of people and only one of three bankers working, the other two were on their phones. And this second time, the lady that “helped” me was rude and said that the only banker they have at the moment was booked with appointment.( mind you he was with one appointment in his office but the next appointment wasn’t in yet.I made a mistake opening an account with this bank

It's terrific to have live tellers,servicing. They're all very gracious, very helpful. My branch is regrettably not yet open with live servicing but I don't mind going to this nearby branch. I like them.

Banking with Chase is terrible. They took bank fees from me when I was still having active deposits in my account and never did before now they are robbing me blind. Terrible customer service and always a long wait to talk to anyone. The Chase representative on customer service was both dishonest and misleading. Horrible company. I will take my banking needs elsewhere.
