Service, yesterday at this Chase Bank on Highway 200 in Ocala, was outstanding. They provided three documents that could not be located by me on their Web site. These documents are required before enabling a particular on-line account. Fast, attentive, and competent help was received from Ty, Zuly, and Ahylin. All three made me feel like a VIP!

I’ll give it one star because I was able to withdraw money and received good service. But I’ve gone here before for a bank account verification and needed a stamp not a notary. It was always done by the customer service: There was only two bank tellers that could help. Seems like everything is by appointment only.

Rude customer service. Nobody wants to help you. Talk down to you and I was just trying to open up a new account. She told me “ I can do that on my own time” when I asked if she could fax a document. Just bad customer service overall. I’m surprised for an international bank they would act like that. Next time I’m going to ask for the manager

I don't have to go in often but they've always been good. The real reason for the review is the young man that greets you/checks you in. He is always incredibly helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. Sorry I didn't catch your name but you are crushing it!

Had an appointment July 12th to open a business account at 11:30am. When I got there at 11:25 the banker in charge of business accounts had taken the person before me late and was now behind so they asked me if I could wait 30 to 45 minutes, unfortunately I had things to do and couldn't wait so I rescheduled for July 18th at 2:30, I got there at 2:38 and they tell me they can't take me because I'm too late, but its okay for others to be late and they can take then and ask you to wait. Maybe because I'm not white, I don't know but this was unacceptable. Went to Wells Fargo and they happily took my business.

This branch should be CLOSED!!! DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AS THEY WILL TAKE A WALK IN PRIOR TO YOU (WITH AN APPOINTMENT) I WAITED OVER A HALF AN HOUR FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. However, once in Giselda was a great customer service rep.

Agree with staffing issues for other than cash transactions. Need more than one person available for notary or wire transactions.

Five Stars all the way. I went into this location, no appointment and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend stopping here for your banking. They do take appointments. But, walk ins are welcome. There is a bank employee that checks you in so, make sure you do check in for client services.

I have been a loyal Chase customer for many years and a business customer since 2015. Throughout this time, I have trusted Chase to provide the level of service expected for someone managing business accounts. However, my experience at this branch has been consistently disappointing, and today’s incident was truly an insult.
On December 6, I visited the branch because my account was restricted due to no fault of my own—simply a missing Sunbiz document. I explained the urgency of the situation to an employee named TJ, who initially acknowledged me but then stated he needed to consult with a supervisor. After 10 to 15 minutes, at approximately 2:45 p.m., TJ returned and informed me that he might be able to assist me at 4 p.m., but even that was uncertain.
Frustrated, I went to the Chase branch at 2525 SW 42nd Street in Ocala, Florida, near Trinity Catholic. There, the staff immediately addressed my issue with professionalism and efficiency. The contrast in service between the two branches was staggering.
To be treated so dismissively at this branch, despite my long-standing relationship as a business customer, is unacceptable. Customers should not have to plead for help or face unnecessary delays, especially for something as critical as a restricted account. I cannot recommend this branch to anyone, as their lack of attentiveness and respect for customers is deeply concerning. This Chase branch can and should do better.

Very busy branch, but it’s to be expected being the ONLY chase branch on 200; nevertheless, a lady with an English accent was greeting the flow of people going in and trying to help them at the atm. Sadly I needed to get a cashier’s check and had to wait in line. Once I got to the teller she greeted me by name and thanked me for waiting. All in all, I only had to wait around 8 mins in a line of over 10 people!

The ladies here are so friendly and always so attentive to everyone , i had to ask for theirs name today Kelly, Nash, Sangita, Ahylin, Zuly and that new girl Kayla L.
