Apparently Mike is Not Michael anymore. Been able to cash checks made out to Mike for the last 48 years but now it's changed.Manual the employee at chase handled it very poorly.But he hasn't been good with decision since he chose to get tattoos on his fingers

I went in to get some documents notarized and the branch manager greeted us and asked what we needed and once I told her she basically pushed me away saying it was going to take too long and somewhere down the road would be able to help us. This is terrible, I've always enjoyed going to Chase Bank for my needs. Not so sure anymore with this branch manager around.

Went there to transfer funds from one account to my checking account, a lady who is I think the branch manager approached me < I told her what I was there for , she gave me a quick talk and did not offer to help me out, just obstacles and a flat NO and walked away!, fortunately one of the officers came out and in less than ten minutes he made all the transaction,the tellers very helpful and friendly except for this lady. I am banking with Chase for over a 50 years and this never happened to me. Coming from the Customer Service field for over 30 years I could tell right away when someone are not willing to help.

I came to this bank and every person in the desk are was available but they were all having personal conversations. I then went to the window line and was told to sit in the sitting area where the manager didn’t acknowledge me until walking passed me three times. I finally sat down with a Representative who was helping me decide if a company I was going to begin working with would be worth me opening a specific account. She called the same manager in and I felt attacked and they tried to say it was best for me not to open account not even getting all of my information. How do two people try to talk to o you at the same time?! It was rude. They Both weren’t helpful and pushed me to not open an account. Don’t come here if you want help!

Edit - went back to finish a transaction, the financial advisor, wasn't dressed as a professional. Maybe it's a Florida thing.Serves it's purpose, MOSTLY. They didn't help me with a transaction they should have been able to. Regular banking seems okay.

We wanted to move some fairly large commercial accounts to a Chase Bank in Florida, where we now live. It’s impossible to speak to someone on the phone about it. I HATE that. I’m not going to schedule a meeting at a branch for what a 3 minute phone call can do to answer a simple question. But they make it impossible to speak to a human. I’ve tried for over 30 minutes and several calls. You can’t even leave a message for them to call back. That’s very poor service, well, it’s actually no service.

After going to multiple chase banks in the area, THIS ONE was actually able to assist my needs & actually explain their protocols.My receipt says I was helped by Julia, & she def went above & beyond to make sure my money was sent to the right place! As well with coordination with the manager. THANK YOU SO MUCH ?

The only problem with the whole thing is where it is located. In Canopy Oak Plaza or Publix parking is small people are crazy.

I’m super pleased with the acknowledgment, and service I received from Stephanie Lozano on 08/13/22. She made sure she acknowledged me by speaking, and when she got up to go take care of something for the customer she was servicing she said I’ll be with you shortly. She went above and beyond of what I needed done, and it’s so appreciated. Thank you once again for your assistance.
