This is the worst bank. Rude tellers, their drive thru ATM machine is always broken and they know it but never even bother to put up a sign. They always make everything an issue. Just horrible!

Very very rude People that work here- it’s ridiculous. Dealing with customers is your job how can you work there and be so rude…. I Will verbally tell everyone that I know not to come to this Branch at all and deal with these people….

New to Chase, though their online support was frankly beyond disappointing! Daniel Ramos at this branch was fantastic!!! Great to deal with and super helpful, guess I’ll be banking in person.

one star for how nice it looks... walk in on Friday to try to open an account and get told sorry we don't have an one available to help you till next week. Only availability is in middle of the day when I have to work. Tried signing up online and said I had to go into a local branch. guess they dont need my business.

Wish I could give negative stars. Branch manager was the worst customers service person I ever felt with. I forgot her name but an older female and was a larger size “fat” woman. I wouldn’t bank here if they paid me.

10 ⭐️ service from Alex n Brittany! We waited less than 2 minutes to be escorted into an office. Alex is very outgoing and quite helpful. Took care of everything within 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful, courteous and professional. I definitely recommend this location for all your banking needs. Clean facility, no crowds. Both Brittany and Alex care about their clients and make sure that you are satisfied before leaving. Stoked we were able to handle our banking with them.

Worst bank company ever, don't open your bank account anyone in ocala, they horrible bank, they screw up and wouldn't own up to their mistake. Their are better and honest bank that will take care of their customer.. TRUST me they crooked and customer services are rude and disrespectful. we are going to the new media and put them on the new....

Against 2 reviews that were quite critical, my wife who expects good service from any bank was amazed at the courtesy care and kindness at this new branch. She’s actually contemplatingopening an account solely for the courtesy shown. Our main bank Bank of America could actually take leaf out of this branch and learn!

I had a horrible experience at this location. The staff was very rude, it took me almost an hour to cash a check. i believe i was discriminated against based upon my appearance. I will not be going back to this location or any other chase location for that matter. It was a good reminder why i closed all 3 of my accounts i had with them years ago.

Extremely disappointing! Had an awful experience trying to open an account at the new Chase Bank branch on route 27 in Ocala, ended up walking out disillusioned. Inexperienced staff, poor service, lack of knowledge of Chase bank policy, poor time management. No follow up by management. Not recommended if you require customer service and a professional banking team.
