I visit this location at least twice a week. On a recent visit, I purchased cookies from the fresh container but then saw prepackaged cookies that I preferred. I asked the manager, Sam, about exchanging the cookies and offered to cover the price difference. She responded in an aggressive and rude manner, insisting that she would have to throw the cookies away. I calmly offered to pay the difference and asked her to watch her tone, as she was speaking loudly and appeared irritated by my request. She repeated that she would need to throw the cookies out. I had to restate that I would pay the difference, at which point she finally said we could just take the cookies.
Sam's behavior was both rude and unprofessional. I contacted the corporate office about the incident but never received a response. It seems that Circle K condones this type of behavior.
Update: I spoke with Michelle, the store manager, and found her to be both professional and pleasant. She provided clarification on the issue with my purchased items and was very helpful in addressing my concerns.

I stop here regularly for gas and to go in and get something like a gallon of milk on my way home from work. I'm like 99% certain they have card skimmers on their point of sale devices either at the counter or on the pumps, because after I stopped and used my card today, (7/09/2024 ) my bank's fraud department is calling me to let me know they froze my card because $400 in fraudulent charges hit my card a half hour after I stopped in today. Customer beware if using your debit card here, or just use cash for purchases. Now I have the nightmare of having to cancel all my autodebit accounts like my auto insurance and my car payment and redoing them and being stuck without access to my money until the new card arrives. Real nice considering I need gas to go to work and I need groceries and can't buy either.

Mrs Toni, Mr. Andre and Steve are just a few of the amazing employees for the circle k by Harvey's on 441... always a pleasure to go in..I am a frequent customer there and I am always greeted and treated with kindness and professionalism..Top Tier service 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was sitting outside helping a homeless man, eave helped the employees empty the garbage. I did but the homeless guy a beer. Management kicked us off property which was fine. I understand no alcohol on premise. But next morning, I go back and before I get in the door, management tries kicking me out. Management and myself called the cops. They trespsssd me for no reason. Supposedly it's because I'm intoxicated. I don't drink. I'm a little excentric hence me helping homeless people. I feel as though my Rights are being violated.

Self Checkout with just about every Circle K has consisted with a cashier on the other side trying to take charge of a customer making their payment without the cashier being asked for help. I have encountered several trying to stop me from paying for my items or hitting buttons on the screen before I can finish reading the screen. Luckily your cashier stood there and was giving me the stare down while I am feeding the $1.27 in the machine, he luckily held back from talking until I could get my receipt. Happy July 4th Holidays!
