When is the Shell gas station, an Indian gentleman promptly refused service to me in regards to that, I informed him that city ordinance requires a bathroom to be available to the public.
With a snide smile he stated that the port a toilet that's right right he stated port a toilet is out of order and by the way viewers gas stations do not have port a toilets that's a health violation in this high traffic area of a Shell gas station.
This man off a stench of glee as if he took pleasure in denying me, as I left I wonder well what is he doing about what he needs to go whether one or two?
I got a very strong that he was lying to me and to acquire his own private facilities.
I couldn't help but wonder, was I the victim of an act of prejudice?
Activar aguas convert disappointed in this employee of Shell gas station.
And I would hope the city would and Shell would investigate. 1:02 pm July 7th

Paid for 10 dollars of gas which gets me a half tank on my tiny car. My gas gauge didn't even move. They blamed my car and said it was gauge problem. Went to the racetrac further down and put 10 dollars and it got me half a tank. It's a complete ripoff, turns out it wasn't my car. Just them ripping people off. Don't go here.

Been here several times as it is convenient and I try to only burn Shell products. Several times the deisel pump ran incredibly slow. Took 20 min to pump 15gal. One time I waited in my vehicle and the pump never stopped. Pumped a gal or two on the ground. I told the attendant and they just shrugged it off. Noticed a new deisel pump there now, but theres NO difference!! DO NOT USE DIESEL PUMP unless you want to be there forever pumping.

Passed through the area and needed to stop. Asked for a restroom and the guy yelled and was very rude and argumentative when I asked a question about how to get to the bathroom that was out back. I ended up going elsewhere to use the restroom.

This location is horrible never but never have coffe If you want to clean the windows of your car, don't even worry about doing it because today, Friday, October 27, 2023, at around 5:15 am, they did not have water to clean my windows and other times they have dirty and bad-smelling water. The owner of this station Gasoline, if you can't maintain a gas station and especially your employees, it's better not to sell it because your station is a terrible franchise.HORRIBLE GAS STATION?

If there was a way to make it 0 stars i would i bought a vape the lady at the counter was helpful the vape was faulty she called the owner the owner was rude and hung up in our faces AFTER THE VAPE COMPANY TOLD US TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE

More expensive than other fuel stops. No facilities, Just fuel and a few basics. Not worth the stop.

Should have known better but needed gas and premium at that for my car. Ridiculously priced gas, $0.20 premium for credit card sales on top of that. This will be one place I avoid my next trip to Ocala.

Sad this place is misleading in pricing of 87 unleaded gasoline. The price was suppose to be $4.599 when I used a debit card than was charged credit pricing of $4.699 Beware of some Circle K gas stations. Which mislead You in Pricing.

I Wasn't allowed to get gas after a whole bunch of people were in line. So many unsatisfying employees who can't even do their job right. I expect a refund.
