My daughter and I opened a joint account a few months ago with Mary Gross. We had an amazing experience and Mary made the process so easy and personable! She was professional, courteous and so much fun to work with! We look forward to going into the bank and working with her and the rest of the awesome staff at Citizens...

I went to open an account and VP Sheri Britt was a gift from the heavens! She was polite, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful! I didn’t have the correct documents and she made everything simple for me. I cannot recommend this branch or Sheri any higher!
