If there were a selection for NEGATIVE STAR RATINGS, I would choose it. Not only should this company shutter its doors and stop pretending to know how to repair every vacuum made, they also steal from veterans! With all that us veterans give and have given to this country, its despicable that the owner of a company in today's political and military climate would choose to steal from someone who has served this country!This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with in business in this area! After ripping us off for $59.00 for a repair that was never done, I contacted the Better Business Bureau with proof that this company did not do the repairs of our Shark vacuum.We took it to them twice and both times they claimed to repair it, yet the vacuum still didn't work.I contacted Shark directly and they were able to diagnose the issue in under 2 minutes! We got a replacement part we needed from Shark and the vacuum now works as intended again.I was contacted by Richard at Citrus Sew & Vac after filing the BBB complaint and sent over proof of the problem with the vac via email only to be told that the owner will only issue a store credit.Why would I bring anything back to a company that already stole my money, and has no idea how to repair anything? That's like brining my car to a mechanic that doesn't know how to fix my car and expecting him to repair it.Stay away from this company. You would be better hiring a 10 year old who will probably be better at repairing your vacuum - at least they wont charge you for it.I ended up filing a complaint with the state attorneys office and within a couple of days I got a phone call from them saying they were sending me a full refund in the mail; which I did get.It’s a real shame that it took all this for them to do the right thing, and only after they knew my evidence would have proven them guilty with the state.I know they must do this to other people and get away with it because of the brazen way they acted. Heaven knows how much money they have stolen from others.May 2024 Update - I was just contacted via a response from the company that they don't have a Richard, etc., working there. I explained that this happened a few years ago when I originally posted the review and it is very much real and did happen exactly as I stated. Whether or not Richard still works there is not my problem. I am sure your rates for repair, like everything else in the country, went up during the pandemic and after...so that is not the issue. Maybe they should check their cancelled checks for that payment they made to me.

Fantastic place, I took in 3 sewing machines to have them cleaned and repaired.The salesman was a great guy, full of knowledge and he explained everything very well.Found out he was a amazing Quilter, I saw a piece of a quilt art on the machine and I was totally amazed of his talent.I will definitely keep going back there when I need too.

07-04-2023:Found component baggies for my "Tri-Star" cannisters vacuum , needles for button & carpet thread "Singer" sewing machine and expert guidance involved for industrial machines. I'd welcome going to work for their shop as a fellow warranty repair-set-up technician . Happy & safe "4Th" !

Terrible customer service. Had vacuum serviced here 7 months ago and the new cord is already cracking and peeling. Employee blamed me for the problem. Employee was hostile and snarky. Left the store immediately.

Website and front door of business states they are open until 2pm on Saturadays. We arrived at 12:30 today to find they were not open. Won't be doing business here.

My friend and I really appreciated the quick service Alex gave us. We traveled 2 hours to have our Janome machines serviced. Well worth the drive. We definitely will spread the word, and keep coming back.Thank you again Alex?

Oh I was visiting Ocala Florida and my mother was hemming my jeans. And she busted one of her feet like that go on her sewing machine. But we went there to get it replaced and of course the customer service was excellent and they had everything she needed. So thanks for the great experience and taking care of my mom I'm sure she will be back whenever she needs something

Brought my vacuum in because I sucked something up and it was blocking the suction. They said 70 dollars 2 days later it was fixed. Brought it home and still had same issue. They argued with me saying it worked fine. Took in again and watched him clean the hoses They said were cleaned before and then he came out with a cap that was blocking the suction. So they didn't do anything the first time. And charged me 70 dollars for a 10 min fix. Disgusting rip offs.

My husband and I visited the store for the first time on April 18th and I am writing to express my appreciation for a young man that works there name Alex. I was thoroughly amazed at how he took so much time to talk to us & show us the various things about our sewing machine and helped us with any questions we may have had. I was blown away because as a young person you don’t see that much today and yet he even took the time when he had to answer the phone and showed the same consideration and thoughtfulness to the woman on the other line who also had many questions. He is truly an asset to your company and I will refer anyone that I meet to come there because of his amazing professionalism, patience and courtesy to everyone that came into the store while we were there! Also the store is beautiful inside and outside!! A true gem!!Woodlands
