“I had been looking for an Ariat softshell jacket I previously owned. Mine was stolen from me at a restaurant. One of the employees at the Ariat store at WEC, Livia, took the time to find the jacket online for me, at another vendor. I ordered it, and it is on its way. I appreciated that she took a personal interest in my situation, got online immediately, and started working on my problem and resolved it! Even though the store didn’t have the jacket, she found it for me! What excellent customer service! Outstanding! I also bought a beautiful shirt for my boyfriend (a Valentine’s gift,) while there. The store has an excellent selection and the staff was great!”

“I came in this evening at the last minute looking for an outfit to wear to a job interview that I had at 9pm. I just moved to the area and was looking for a Bealls because I know I can always find great quality products, and plus I used to work at different location in south Florida. I was anxious because I was pressed for time. As soon as I walked in, I was able to search effortlessly for what I needed. Most importantly, I want to commend the customer service that I received from Rachel and Lillian (hope I got their names right,) for taking the time to assist me in my search. “I was looking for a nice sweater for a 96 year old mother of a friend. I had to look through the surplus of sequins and glitter to find something classy, well made of a material which was nice to the touch. I found one, and they had the nicest bags in which to place them in after wrapping in tissues for a dollar. I was so pleased. They don't have many obvious bargains, but you have to look. And it wasn't a fortune. I would go back.”

“Big selection low low prices.. I got a cardhart heavy duty T-shirt in there. Patten to green color and I saw the same shirt at the mall in the price was $39. Ross Had a price tag for 999 and because it had A little marked on the lower back side and when I pointed it out, they took an additional 10% off. Hi highway, recommend you trying Ross. Before you go pay big money elsewhere. Yo get 3 times this much at Ross, as you would. The gap or chess king or any of those places. They even be prices to the big compet walmart sears etcetera”

“Emily was amazing. I haven’t been able to find what I wanted anywhere else but Emily got me fitted in pants, ordered and even applied for a credit card for me! In literal minutes. I couldn’t have been in the store more than 15 minutes and I spent nearly $75. And I feel GOOD about it too as I also saved nearly $20. That woman is so damn good at her job and I couldn’t appreciate her more for it. Thanks for making my Mother’s Day weekend Emily!”
“I went into the Snipes store up where I live because I was looking for a pair of NBA socks. (Actually I was just passing by and happened to see this store). I went in asked if they had any NBA socks and the girl said no. I looked around noticed some other NBA items. I saw some jerseys and looked at those. I didn't necessarily need socks, I was looking for some nba items (for a Christmas gift). I found some and asked if they were on sale and yes they were. It was priced at 50% off. I got it when the girl rung it up it was even less than I thought it would be. It had been marked down from the price that was showing on the tag. I only asked the one question about the jersey and didn't need any other help. The jersey was nice and it was liked. I was satisfied with the customer service.”
