Been going to Heathbrook branch since I moved to Ocala, 14 years. I have never had a negative experience. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. Would never even consider going to a another bank.

From the time I called the credit union until I appeared, same day, at the credit union, Marlo was very helpful, friendly, professional. He's a good employee.On the same day I spoke to Debbie who has always been professional, friendly and most helpful. There are good employees at this branch.
