Either way they still assisted me provided me a list of what I needed to get childcare and VPK and worked with me to complete everything when I returned the next day with the daycare I chose. “I genuinely enjoy shopping at this Goodwill and visit regularly because you can often find great deals and unique items. The staff has always been friendly, and the store is usually well-stocked.
My biggest complaint is the checkout process. The register lines can become extremely long, and there are times when customers spend several minutes at the register while transactions are processed. When only one register is open, the wait can quickly become frustrating, especially when there are many shoppers in line.
I understand that employees have procedures they must follow, but speeding up the checkout process or opening additional registers during busy periods would make a huge difference in the overall customer experience.
I will continue shopping here because I enjoy the store, but I hope management takes a look at the wait times at the registers. A faster checkout experience would easily make each visit more enjoyable.”
