I left it with them, they ran a diagnostic on it , found the problem, fixed it, and called me the next morning to pick it up. No extra charge. They were very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and, accommodating in answering my questions. I'm at peace knowing I have a reliable, trustworthy business for my computer needs.”

“I usually use Office Depot to print for my art business but I just moved to this area so I decided to see if the quality was the same as what I was used to.
I was pleasantly surprised that the order was ready way earlier than was previously quoted. I was a little disappointed that the order was printed "Scale to Fit" instead of the Original Size as was indicated. But my disappointment quickly vanished after I advised the rep of my concern and he reprinted the order at the correct settings.
I would have preferred for the order to be right and ready for pickup but I sure appreciated the way the rep quickly resolved my concern.
I will definitely be using their service again.”

“I went to Best Buy today because I couldn't get my Chromebook to change back to light mode. I tried everything I googled online. I went to the library for help. Even though I had to travel from Dunnellon, I wanted the problem solved. When I got to Best Buy a few folks were sitting waiting for the Geek Squad and a couple of people were waiting in line. When I was called; less than 15 minutes BTW, Jose V asked how he could help me. I told him I couldn't get my Chromebook back to light mode, I don't want to see any colors all over the place (earlier.in the day I was typing something, missed a key and everything went dark mode. I have no clue what I did). He said, "I can take care of that right now." He took my Chromebook, pressed a few keys for a few minutes and presto, light mode. Now some of you may think this was so simple. Maybe it was; for Jose V, but not for me. Thanks Jose. I'm so happy. You just don't know.”
