The front desk lady in the back was so very kind. Really, the people that I had to talk to were very professional and knew what they were doing.

I arrived and was waited on promptly. The young lady was friendly and courteous. She advised me I had to fill a form on my phone and to let her know when I was done. That way they would be able to see me. The tech who took care of me explained what she needed from me and was very professional and courteous also. I proceeded to follow her instructions and gave her my sample as instructed. She indicated she had what she needed and I was free to go.

Lobby staff was great overall experience was awful waited over a hour upfront then another hour waiting on Dr to come in room Dr had terrible attitude with me as well as his nursing staff got bad workplace vibes all over that place I miss the old Concentra before the new building

I showed up two hours early for an appointment because I was leaving from work (night shift) and it would have been very difficult to go home, then return for the appointment. I thought about taking a nap in my car but instead I took the chance, walked in and explained the situation. Without hesitation, she responded “Of course we will see you now, just sign in” Going forward for this appointment was nothing but pleasant encounters. The tech that checked me in was pleasant and polite. I saw Robin W. who was professional but allowed me to feel comfortable around her, I was able to express my feelings without feeling judged. Overall, I walked out feeling better than I walked in. Sadly my BP stayed elevated and my knee still hurts .?

The ocala location was ok, but location in Leesburg was not. When I arrived at the ocala location for a follow up, I was asked for paperwork from the Leesburg location that I was not given. When I told them I didn't receive the paperwork from the Leesburg location, the doctor basically told me I was lying, because they do everything the same at all locations. Maybe, they're suppose to but they don't. I was given the proper paperwork to take to my primary care physician in ocala. Had I known about the documents originally I wouldn't have to go through this process all over again for my DOT Physical.

I've had terrible experiences with other locations in the past and after reading some of the reviews, was not looking forward to this visit. However, everyone here was on top of things. I was a walk in on a Friday morning for pre employment stuff and was in/out in about an hour and 20 mins(physical, drug screen, vision test, and labs). There were about 10 people in the waiting room when I got there and everyone got called back quickly and seemed to be in and out. I Waite only about 2 mins in a room for the practitioner.The staff were all super friendly and made the visit smooth and painless. Appreciate them!

I had a physical done for DOT and was not given a certificate or any papers showing that I had my physical done. Then they had me pay for a drug test that was supposed to be paid for by the employers. I would not go to them again and I would not recommend them. I had to get a physical somewhere else and I did not feel comfortable with the physical that was done by Concentra.

DOT physical should not take over 2.5 hrs to complete. 45 minutes waiting for desk to put me in the system 20 minutes to do paperwork I could have done if it was given to me with the first check in was done. 20 minutes to do eyes, weight, BP and pee test. Waiting in room the rest of the time. Doc entered the and finished everything in 15 minutes.

Waited Two hours just to be sent away. Because my issue they can’t do anything for here. Would’ve understood if they didn’t know but they Ask you why you came in today in detail for you to wait, pay money, then decide if they can help. WASTE OF YOUR TIME

The first time I came I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours just so 2 MA's could miss a big huge juicy vein in my hand. Now, all I need is a fit test and Ive been here 2 hours. I've seen 5 people who walked in after me be seen. This is the worst place south of the Mason Dixon line....unless you love to wait all day...then it's fantastic.

Wait time was really long (hour and a half) despite coming in at 8am. Staff were professional, but not friendly. Cannot say I felt welcome, but the job got done.

Very clean and neat environment. The personnel were outstanding, from the wonderful staff that checked me in to the person taking my vital signs, the X-Ray tech, and the care provider. Very professional and caring.
