I got a couch in end up not being late at all ,and gets 10 calls a day wanting payment for a month total disrespect total stress in I keep telling them am not late in they want my # and birthday and a payment I keep blocking and they call me from another number this went on for 3 weeks ....so am trying get them to come in pick up the couch cause I don't want to deal with them ...anyone know who to call for them to pick up it please let me know

There's a reason why this company is going out of business. They completely screwed us over. The guy working there was on his tablet initialing stuff without our consent or discussing things with us. We didn't ask for insurance or want insurance. Didn't even know we were paying for it. The guy just put our initials on it, and kept swiping by. Terrible customer service.

Bought an LG washer and dryer. Conn was willing to consider competitor’s prices and offer a similar deal. Delivery was quick with great communication. Glad to see this business in the community.

Joel helped me tremendously! I went in for a dishwasher and ended up getting a beautiful dining table as well! Everyone there was super friendly. Great sale going currently but the pricing was super fair at regular price. I recommend going to take a stroll through the store!

Dryer for 599 by the time Im done will be 2100. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They also lied abput their 12 month no interest plan. And the LG dryer doest dry your clothes.

If I could give zero stars, I would! After telling my wife and I that our already over priced living room set would be interest free as long as we pay it off within 12 months, they act like they never said that. We paid double our monthly payment just to make sure we could pay it off on time and now that I want to finish with our agreement they tell us that we owe double the agreed amount. We go into this location where we got it and they say that there's nothing they could do and that we have to call customer service. Customer service tells us there's nothing they could do because we owe the non agreed amount. I don't understand how the proof is in our prior payment history and yet there is nothing they can do. THE NAME CONNS FIT THEM VERY WELL SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER JUST BY READING THERE NAME. Wish I had a lawyer to help but I guess they figure if we can't afford furniture then we can't afford a lawyer true crooks be repaired to pay 4X the amount cause even if you do right by your payment like we did it will not matter they will treat you just as they did us

Way over priced for very poorly made furniture. Do not purchase anything from here. Complete rip off!!Didn't even have our couches but for a few months and the material was already falling apart. Bed frame came broken . They had to come out and replace it and still didn't replace all the parts.
