Do not us this company. The storage buildings are made of cheap materials and barely held together with cheap nails. You will have to rebuild the entire structure to make it safe and it would be cheaper and faster to have a site-built structure of better quality.
They will lie to you about delivery and show up at midnight in the dark to deliver your building on the incorrect day.
There is no communication between the local Cook distributor and Leonard aluminum causing confusion with payments.
When buildings are paid for, they will still be calling with collections and sending emails. The main office has no idea what is going on.
Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT TO OWN!!!! You will pay double for a cheap quality temp structure.
Go to YouTube, find a video, go to one of the home depot and Lowes order material and have fun building one yourself.

I used to love my cook sheds a long time ago but when we moved to Ocala, I bought another one in Sept 2022 and it was used. I did not realize that it did not have any warranty on the used shed so don’t buy a used one as it has no warranty.
Well I went and bought me a new handyman shed and Lisa was very helpful.

Great shed, very well constructed. The time was as promise from the contract day 4 weeks. The communication with the warehouse and the delivery was excellent. The delivery man was very professional and respectful with my property.

5 star experience start to finish! Would buy again here if ever needed. Our sales associate Lisa was excellent and very knowledgeable. She helped us coordinate an extended delivery while we finished another construction project as well. Delivery was A++ on a slightly complicated site (obstacles, leveling, etc.) Very pleased with our new shed!

Great experience with Lisa, she showed me what was in stock and advised me on all options and prices. I then handled the entire transaction remotely without having to come back to the office. Shed delivery was on time and the driver was very accommodating and made the shed perfectly level. He even helped me remove a post and put it back in place from a gate I had to remove so they could get access. Great experience and communication across the board.

I actually found them through Facebook marketplace. When chatting with Lisa, she was very customer service oriented, which was what made me visit. Meeting her in person was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge and service is second to none! I will highly recommend anyone who is looking for a shed to shop there!
