  Beware: I went to this store to get an up grade on a phone. Was told it was $160 dollars. And I would get the accessories for free or included not sure which one she said. While leaving the store the person said ma'am your receipt is in the bag. After leaving I asked my daughter to give me the receipt she looked in the bag over and over again, never found a receipt. I turned around and headed back to the store. Got back to store and ask about the receipt thats when she wanted to tell me the receipt printer isnt working so she would have to email me the receipt. Why lie about the receipt🤔? Now I want to question the whole transaction. Didn't want to make a big fuss in the store so I left went to another store to get an explanation. Because everything she did seemed shady to me at this point. Went to another store to find out the upgrade on that same phone was only $30.00. When youre told a price,ask how much the phone is. Because this store will tell you the accessories are free or included but they're not. This is false (selling) advertisment. I should have a choice whether I want the accessories or not‼️ I Will NOT Be Going Back To This Store.

  Wish I could give ZERO stars to cricket and this location Danerys lied and told us accessories were included with our phone when in fact we paid for each item. As she was collecting them we stated we did not want them and she said they are included with no further explanation we thought they were free but no they were not upon returning the phone a few days later we were told we could not return the accessories we didn’t pick out or ask for. Even after speaking with a “higher up” Lisa she states the sign says no returns on accessories. I do not see anywhere on this sign where it states this. This store lies and steals peoples money and HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

  I was in This Store Today Tuesday February the 20, and I came back for the second time, with the info. That The lady ask me for, To Switch from Metro by Tmobile to Cricket, But Unfortunately, The lady, didn't have time for me, Because, she was waiting for a Personal phone call, and ask me to go to another Store.

  I love having cricket BUT there is never any good upgrade options for people with there service. Only new customers. But I give there service 5 stars. ?

  They tried to help me, but unfortunately, I have a Note 10 plus, and apparently, I can't get the Cricket hotspot with my phone.Crazy right??? I'm going to have to purchase a separate, portable hotspot to connect all my other devices.

  This is by far the best Cricket store I have visited. Customer service is always excellent.
