Very poor and unprofessional service, Had a hand written sign that employee was on break with doors locked. When the young lady came to the door she seen annoyed for interrupting her break and refuse to help me without even fully knowing what I wanted.Go the the one on Pine worth the trip!

We walked in the store as the lady with blond hair came back from break. The room was empty and yet she seemed bothered having to help us. She reluctantly answered our questions and was very short and rude to us. How does this store stay in business if it's representative do not offer good customer service? We left and will not be going back.

Be aware! Pick different location if you can or be careful what they run up. I went there to get phone for my son and specifically asked the lady we want the deal which was currently going on but no extras as we are on budget. She didn’t even asked and added charger and case to the bill. I told her I didn’t need the case to which she madly threw it on the side. She did push the charger on me ($35) as she said I couldn’t use my existing one (lie found out later). I just received the bill. It had extra protection charge on it and hot-spot charge! For 11 year old!!! I didn’t ask for any of that. Dishonest and greedy there. We went to different store SW Ocala and that was totally different a pleasant experience. I will never go back to the Silver Spring store.

The representative Mike was very unprofessional. He's definitely not a good listener. I switched to Cricket from another provider, explained every detail. (Twice) just to make sure we're on the same page.. Mike totally botched the transfer & now I'm out of money & have a phone I can't use.. Thanks Mike Cricket Reps finest..
