Overpriced and they can't do anything for their existing customers. They couldn't give us a discount on anything but been with them for over half a year, spent hundreds of dollars here for new phones and got the protection plan(which is a rip-off by the way), then told me my account isn't eligible for any discount. Not even a discount for a dollar off. I would've upgraded to a better more expensive phone, but they just won't give me a discount.

Camilla was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. She set up everything in a short time and we didn't have to be there for hours like other places we were in. Purchased the phone we had researched ahead of time. Not the best deal out there but service and time matter. New to Cricket so we will have to let it run the course to see. Vz wireless stores got too arrogant to work with and wanted a little more humbleness which is what we experienced at Cricket store.
