I'm a 64 year old overweight (kinna) outta shape (for real) mom and grandma and coach V GOT ME DOING EXERCISES I've NEVER attempted before!!
Every class I leave having tried something new, amazed I finished. AND still standing! Finest coach ever!

I’ve been with Coach V at various gyms for over 9 years, through 2 pregnancies, as well as various life issues and injuries. She does a fantastic job adapting movements to the athlete’s needs and ensuring that no matter your ability level, you leave feeling like you got a good workout. V has an excellent knowledge base and has continued to grow as a coach and athlete through seminars, advanced certifications, and interest in her athletes and sport. Highly recommend this gym, both for the coaching and the atmosphere!

Coach Vilma and staff are great and truly care about the members in their gym. For those who are entry level to advanced athletes, they have the skills and ability to continuously and instructively develop athletes. Their emphasis on the movements and striving to help have allowed me to not only get over injuries but also become a better athlete. I am now training at a higher level than I thought I was capable and injury free.

The high level of knowledge of the owner/coach is just incredible!! We are all different with different abilities and she treats and coaches us as such. Each and every class has skill training so we are safe and growing as athletes and humans. As an older member who had a stroke two years ago, I am very thankful for Coach V's approach to my recovery and continued growth, both mentally and physically. I love coming to class and seeing young teenagers mixed with 60+ year olds like me! We are all on a different fitness journey and are blessed to have a place like E-Fit Crossfit who treats us with such respect and individualism! I LOVE this place! :o)

This gym in Ocala is the best! I'm so happy I found it. With my CrossFit certifications, I can tell good coaches from bad ones. Vilma is a fantastic coach who can adjust workouts for people of any fitness level, whether it's my 9-year-old son or my 65-year-old friend. If you want a place that's all about community, where everyone supports each other in their fitness journeys and gets top-notch coaching, this gym is the place for you.

Best coaching around, they really care about your progress. Coaches are experienced in working with all types of athletes, from beginners, atlhetes rehabing injury, competitive, and elite. Vilma is the absolute best in the business. She really puts in the time and effort to help everyone reach their goals, and truly leads by example.
Fun atmosphere with supportive members who genuinely want everyone to succeed.
Fantastic facility that is very clean with state of the art equipment.
