Traveling home to Indiana. RV was low on power and making a whirring sound. We called ahead & they told us to stop by and they’d take a look! Amazing service, so kind, & they assessed & fixed our issue (a missing clamp on exhaust) in minutes! Thanks John & team!! 10-star work!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST !!
wish i could give negative stars!
Worst service & experience ever !
Truckers Beware ! Had truck towed in to shop July 1st , Took 19 days to fix the truck. Part had to be ordered . On August 15th truck went down on side of 95 and had to be towed yet again, shop in VA showed it was due to lack of diligence and workmanship in ocala because they did not tighten all hoses properly. So we paid for the same thing to be done 2 times and OCALA DOES NOT STAND BY THERE POLICY OF WORKMANSHIP! now they are refusing calls and also refusing to return calls ! Worst Experience Ever !

Excellent! Our motorhome was in for service. It went very smoothly at a fair price. RV hookups 30/50 amp plus water are available.

Cummins Ocala Florida. My Tech did not know how to open the engine hatch at the back of my NEW motorhome! He chipped 8 tiles in doing so. It was not necessary because there is a strap to lift it out but he was not trained properly. So now I need to go to Tiffin at my expense to have it repaired properly. To add insult to injury, he placed the filthy engine cover on my wife's white bead spread! Now I know very expensive motorhomes like mine come through there all the time. In fact there were several there waiting to get in. Beware of this location and ask first if the tech knows how to approach the engine compartment.

Absolutely the best. We had our coach in for annual maintenance and a couple of other things. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received. We chose Cummins Ocala because of the great service we had previously received at Cummins Dallas TX and because they were a Cummins Coach Care Center. You could probably save a few bucks at Bubba’s Truck Repair, but you are not going to get Cummins quality, knowledge and service. A special thank you to John and Ace as well as the rest of the team. John was very patient with us, answering all our questions and explaining everything. Ace did the work flawlessly and on a timely basis. We stayed at their on premises luxury RV resort (ok so it was just power and water) but it was convenient. Thank you guys. We will be back!

Check engine light on our Motorhome was properly diagnosed. Being a Cummins center 1 part was in stock the other was in within 48 hours. Service Supervisor John Herman is VERY knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I can't recall my service technician's name but want to acknowledge him as well for being professional and courteous. End cost came in BELOW initial cost quote, for that we are very appreciative. This shop is local to us, but has Electric and Water parking stalls for those travelers who need service.

Called Cummins and spoke to service manager John . John was great and got us down on the schedule. I wanted a full inspection chassis service on my Dutch star. I also felt I was having an issue with my mechanical fan drive and or clutch fan. The techs there really checked things out for me and made sure I was ok. John fully addressed and explained what was going on and not to worry, basically saving me a lot of money. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the communication while my coach was at the shop. They even made sure my coach was plugged in while it was there so the fridge was working. I will use them again! No complaints

my father took his RV generator to the service department in Ocala to get worked on, because after 3 different shops looked at it they were left stunned. Ben and his team were quick, efficient and most importantly made the right choices and the RV generator was fixed. thanks Cummins of Ocala.

They never answer the phone or call anybody back and they don’t answer emails. I don’t know what they do down there. This is getting old. Something needs to change down there….

If I could give 0 stars I would had a customer's unit in there for a no run issue after an initial quote of $1200 for the repair. He was contacted by the cummins repair shop again After the initial Repair was performed and told he needed a carburetor as well. ( Was this the problem the whole time?) Bringing the bill to over $2000 on a 4Ky unit . I had to retrieve the generator from the repair facility To reinstall it in the RV where it was originally installed at. And not only was the unit still dirty and dusty. Looking like they never touched it and offered 0 cleaning services. Just a simple wipe down would have sufficed, but then all of the bushings on the bottom of the base for the generator were damaged torn or worn out. When I called BEN at Cummins of Ocala to speak with him about the issues and see what we could do to resolve it or maybe help him prevent these issues in the future. I was met with nothing but friction as he has 0 customer skills and 0 ability to be Accommodating in his role and should not be working directly with people basically telling me it's my problem now as it's my customer, I was simply the middle man that removed and reinstalled the generator for him. It's his customer that he should be taking care of and clearly has not done I was told for another $2000. We could get the bushings replaced after removing it again, which is obviously. Not what I was hoping to hear. Nor expected as another business owner , generally when doing repairs If you notice other things going on, you use that opportunity to upsale more work, make your own shop more money and make the customer happy in total with the repair. I will not be bringing any more generators to the shop. As dealing with Ben is now the last thing I want to do with my day. Don't fall victim to these tactics. There are a limited amount of certified cummins Facilities in the state, but do yourself a favor and choose another one. They are doing the bare minimum at best at this location. The Cummins name demands more respect. Do better, guys.

Newmar Dutch Star was brought in on Feb of this year to work on exhaust brake paid a lot for the parts and labor. 7 months later it totally failed and we are back in a shop fixing what these guys did. Was not put back together correctly and that is why it failed. Would never ever go back to these guys again.

Service Manager Ben was very responsive in getting me an appointment for warranty work on my RV Onan Generator. Had the issue quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner.
