Went to get my roots lighter, told Sarah I needed a high lift because of my dark roots sat with a solution on my head for about 50 minutes had a trim, did not lift at all, very disappointed in the results and called Saturday answering machine took my message.my roots never lifted to blonde paid 68 dollars and a 12 dollar tip.My hair looks like I was never in... the chair.. what a waste of my money, going back to show them, I would stay away from this place if you want a decent hair color.

So refreshing! Jessica is one of the best estheticians that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From cleansing to extractions, her work is professional and thorough. She takes care to ensure that one's face is glowing at the end of the service. My pores seemed to disappear! Jessica has even improved the ambience of the salon since she joined Cutting Edge and offers an affordable service for those looking for the perks of a spa day without breaking the bank. Special discounts are offered periodically as well. I was at a loss when she first left OTOW, but pleased to find that she has brought her skill and her soothing touch to this new location as a manager and provider.
