I went in on a Wednesday for two prescriptions 24 hours after a doctor visit to the CVS closest to my home. There were no other customers during the 30+ minutes I was there. The pharmacy had one medication prepared and sadly it was a doctor's mistake. I asked where the two legitimate prescriptions were and the male pharmacist said the one I refused was the only one phoned in. Called the doctor's office while standing there and was told that all 3 were phoned in at the same time. Went to the "consultations" window clerk who said they were out of stock on one item and had kicked the other one back to the doctor to get preauthorization from the insurance company. I asked when will it be in stock and she said she didn't know and I couldn't go to another CVS store to fill it because it was phoned into her location. It has been 5 days and it is still not in stock.I have visited seven CVS stores in the past five months that I've lived in Florida and used it exclusively in Connecticut before that. My insurance company is affiliated with the company so there are perks and discounts.The CVS located at 1720 West Highway 326, Ocala is not their "flagship" location. Please don't Jude the chain by this location.

CVS should go out of business. They have no reason to stay in business. They suck. I would go to Walgreens or really just about anywhere else.

The Pharmacist thinks he knows everything, apparently he knows what's going on with your health and every day life. He has a crystal ball apparently. For him to tell me he won't be able to continue my medication on a every month base's is unacceptable. There is only 1 refill left and for him to make a remark thinking he knows everything is not only rude, but you know nothing and if he did he would of been a Dr himself and not a pharmacist. Will never return to this place again.

The pharmacist herself picked up the phone when I called this location. She patiently fixed an issue with my prescriptions automatically filling at the wrong location. I was only on the phone waiting for less than 30 seconds which is impressive considering how busy these locations get. Great customer service!

Pharmacy technician was horrible. She provided some of the worst customer service! She must be new and needs much more training.

All I will say is pharmacist Mr.Vial is the sole reason why I’ve moved pharmacies. Maybe the pharmacists at next one will explain things and answer the questions I have before saying “no” and nothing more.
