CVS really has very good service at the 86th circle location. I wouldn't make any changes. My experience is very good, employees go out of their way to help even when they are short staffed. One pharmacy tech had to open three registers in order to tend to all of the clients waiting on the line. She was great.

This rating is unfortunate because I know all CVS pharmacies are not as unconcerned and uncaring as those I have dealt with here in the Ocala area. The sad truth is customer service in Florida is abysmal across the board. I used CVS in southern Indiana for all my prescriptions for years and they were great. I have the app and signed up for text messages so when my prescriptions are ready I can log in and pay, and have my meds mailed to me within a day or two. Not here! I placed a refill order in May, but unfortunately I was hospitalized for a total of 8 days when the prescription was ready for pickup at the CVS at 10255 SW 86th Circle, Ocala, FL. I never received notification that the prescription was available for mailing so this CVS returned the prescription since I was unable to go to the store to pick it up. When I got released from the hospital I had less than a week left on my prescription so I logged in to may account and ordered a refill again. The next day I got a notification that this CVS would not refill the order (even though they had previously filled it) until they got approval from my Dr. I had to contact my doctor and explain the situation and they had to contact this CVS with approval. I picked up this order yesterday just as I had taken the last pill. I don't know who runs this particular pharmacy but they are in the wrong line of work and should be replaced by someone who knows what they are doing. I know nothing will come of this complaint because the system is bigger than the problem. I have already switched CVS locations since moving here and one is as bad, or worse, than the next. If my insurance would allow it I would move my prescriptions to Walgreens. At least they seem to know how this works.

I have been getting my prescriptions at CVS for over 20 years. I have always liked how helpful and friendly everyone one was. However this CVS at 86th Circle has the rudest e\ Pharmacy staff. I have yet to encounter anyone who at the very least treats you like a human being when you get to the window. I have yet to be asked if I have any questions about my prescriptions. I think this team needs a little customer service training.

This is the worst pharmacy I have dealt with. The prices fluctuate all the time. They do not use the GoodRx unless you have your card despite the fact that you have used it before. Today picked up our prescriptions, asking questions about the cost, Diane just stammered some useless answer, had this deer in the head light look. No real knowledge base at all. CVS you should be ashamed. I can bet no manager will get beck with me as they have no idea what customer service means.

The pharmacy employees are always efficient, friendly, kind and respectful. Regardless of how busy they are they always offer a smile and give you the attention you need. They are the same whether I call, go inside the store or to the drive through. The store employees are the same way. Great management team for the store and pharmacy. Thank you!

Terrible customer service! I have gone here for years and have some issues off and on especially with the pharmacy. But tonight was the final straw, you go to pick up your medicine and are there BEFORE they close and they throw the sign in your face that they are closed. Granted if there were 5 other cars behind me I would understand their take that they would be here all night if they helped everyone in line BUT I was the ONLY car!! When I said something the pharmacy manager was very nice at saying too bad, too sad, we already pulled the register so come back another time. Well this was the only time I had to pick it up so never again will I step foot in this place. I will transfer all medicine out and go to Walgreens. Customers are not treated with respect here and I am contacting Corporate in the morning.

Horrible location, affirmative action is live and well at the pharmacy here, no whites in there at all, they roll their eyes at you.

Absolutely worst customer service in the pharmacy department, very rude and extremely unprofessional staff especially Dreya. Dreya has given me attitude on several occasions while picking up a prescription; Horrible customer service to say the least. Pharmacist equally at fault for allowing such behavior to go on in her pharmacy dept; shame.

I moved to Ocala 6 year's ago and one of the selling points was the Super Wal-Mart down the street from me. The Pharmacist was Alto Weiss and I had a good repore with the Pharmacy Staff. Then Alto left and Donna and Nathan came aboard as Pharmacist and thing's were still good but getting worst. I could see the stress in the staff at the Pharmacy. Then the store rmodeled the Pharmacy to make it run more smoother and after making the poor customers put up with that fiasco, it made it even worst. Now the 2 drive thru windows are permanently closed and Nathan and Donna left the Pharmacy went to hell. They have floating Pharmacist and the dizzy broad that works there full time and the ling line with 1 pharmacy clerk was the final straw. I went to CVS Pharmacy and transferred both mine and my Girlfriends prescription over to CVS and we ate so glad we did. The Pharmacists and employees are so professional and polite and Carol who works up front greets you with a smile and a friendly hello. Oh yes and I get my prescriptions filled faster and save money with my discount card. I'm on a fixed budget and my money spends anywhere. Thank You CVS for being there for me and others, we really do appreciate all your efforts "Kudos to Ypu"
