Rude pharmacy tech. Don’t know her name but she’s very very rude and loud. I have been getting my medication there for 1 year and straight up told me that they aren’t taking new prescription for a new medication that there is a shortage. I fully understand the medication is on back order and don’t expect to get it filled today. She said The entire area will not fill my medication. She didn’t bother looking up the dosage or my information. Well that’s a lie because Walgreens took my prescription with no problem and they would put the order in. I don’t expect to get the medication anytime soon but the fact they took the script says a lot. She was not discreet in speaking with me. This ain’t my 1st interaction with her. It’s sad because everyone else has been pleasant. They just lost another customer.

Worst customer service ever. As a pharmacy you deal with people sick, in pain, and even worse. When people go to the pharmacy they expect to get their prescription or have some eta on it. My wife sick as a dog goes to get her prescription. Waits in the line was told by a short lady mid 40s with red/burgundy hair pharmacist that her scrip isn’t ready. That she can expedite it and it’ll take 10 min or so. She proceeded to wait. 20 min later she buzzes the bell. Checking in on the eta. Mind you sick barely can breathe, a line of cars behind her. For the same lady mid40 red/burgundy hair to respond irritated and rude, “I said it was going to be 10 min.” I won’t explain more because every word that was exchanged was well deserved. The same pharmacist told my wife to come inside aggressively. Now anyone that hasn’t been born and raised in the not so small town anymore ocala will know what that implies when used in that context. Moral of the story, in 2023 we all are under pressure, dealing with life. Be kind, be understanding, and if you can’t do that. Go work where you aren’t dealing with people. Next person won’t just exchange words with you.Jill head of pharmacy your pharmacist are trash. And need a class on how to treat others. I look forward to speaking with you further.As for the lady mid 40s red/burgundy hair I hope the next person you blatantly disrespect when they are ill flips that place upside down. And don’t think someone wont come inside when you tell them aggressively to do so. Because baby, we step.

This place is seriously a mess. We went there to get my mom's medical nebulizar solution and they didn't have it there. Later on we were told that it was at walgreens yet they didn't have it either. For some reason even though either pharmacy didn't carry it they still charged the insurance company. Thankfully publix pharmacy had called them and was put on hold for a very long time and after the issues they managed to call the insurance company and get their charges reversed then got us the prescription at the one by on top of the world tonight. My mom was basically having an asthma attack because of all the issues occurred. I recommend publix pharmacy as they seem to care. CVS motto is to help people live longer happier healthier lives yet they couldn't even help us get the prescription.

I have to leave this review for the pharmacy tech Sam and her service today. Sam went above and beyond when I had called and told her that I was having trouble with my 5 yr old taking an antibiotic that was not flavored, that my child was refusing to take (tasted like mint flavor chalk) ?. She was empathetic and extraordinarily helpful. She spoke to the pharmacist and completely took care of the issue with options! She is a problem solver and you can tell that she has this kind of work ethic. CVS you need to keep these kind of people happy and well paid. When I initially picked up Sam wasn’t there , she would have informed me about flavors that they could mix the medication with to make it more tolerable for children. She told me that she always lets customers know before they mix it. She really went above and beyond for me and I will stay at CVS now. It’s refreshing to come across someone that cares to that degree bc unfortunately most experiences are not like that day to day. Thank you for being exceptional Sam!! Keep being amazing and I have no doubt that you will keep making a difference at CVS and everywhere you go! She helped me at the CVS (2401), she’s there 2 days a week to help out as it’s a busy pharmacy but is usually at the jasmine plaza. If you need someone that will try to help you and with care, ask for Sam!

Unfortunately my insurance uses CVS for prescriptions. I’m not sure if they are all as incompetent as this one. My physician ordered a refill for me, I then received a text saying it would be available for pickup after 7pm that evening. I went the following morning to pick it up. “Sorry that is not in stock, it will be delivered this afternoon.” I return the next day same story, no explanation as to the delay, the irritating thing was the I really don’t care attitude of the person at the counter. It’s a common prescription.

no Stars would be more accurate. Rx NEVER answer the phones, they misplace Rxs, short controls fairly often, and tell me "they have no Mgr " when i ask to speak to one. terrible customer service, terrible attitude, iincompetently trained staff ! if I wasn't held hostage by health ins options, id switch. but im in cvs prison. so i can only try to shed light and perhaps shame them into improvibg!

would be zero star is possible CHECKED TWICE FOR WIFES RX WAS TOLD NEVER RECEIVED checked with doctor today was shown the fax they sent THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED JUST MOVED ALL RX TO ANOTHER COMPANY

My doctor sent a prescription for my child 3 times within 50 minutes window before closing the technician told me that I have to come back the next day to pick up and a transfer was not possible before because they were about to close but the pharmacist DR Due Phan went above and beyond and told me to wait that he was going to process the prescription which he did 20 minutes past closing time so I do appreciate CVS employees I know sometimes we take for granted that they also are just employees and have family to attend to . Thanks ?
