CVS is known for its clean and organized environment, along with helpful staff and reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the store's sign-up program that offers numerous coupons. A standout experience involved a pharmacy technician named Sam, who provided exceptional service when a customer faced difficulties getting their child to take an unflavored antibiotic. Sam's empathetic and problem-solving approach left a lasting impression, showcasing her strong work ethic. Another customer shared gratitude for Bryan, who efficiently arranged emergency medication while they were traveling, demonstrating kindness and efficiency. However, not all experiences have been positive. One customer reported encountering rudeness from a staff member named Tara, who was unresponsive and unwelcoming at the register, prompting a need for improved customer service skills. Overall, while CVS has dedicated employees who go above and beyond, there are areas where customer interaction could be enhanced.
I agree with everyone here. Incompetence. I try not to get upset but. It’s crazy. I just need to find a different one that’s actually worth the drive. This one is just so close to me.

Horrible customer service. You can't talk to anyone anymore and they say they'll call you back but never do. left 4 or 5 messages and still waiting. Definitely moving to Publix.
