I have used this store for years, hover after my recent pharmacy experience, never again. I arrived as a post surgical patient trying to pick up pain medicine and mouth wash. At 4 I was told 1 hour, and after waiting more than 2 hours, my 2 scripts are still not ready. I questioned several pharmacy employees about this and was eventually told I was rude and that I should shop elsewhere. No problem, I will.

I agree with everyone here. Incompetence. I try not to get upset but. It’s crazy. I just need to find a different one that’s actually worth the drive. This one is just so close to me.

Horrible customer service. You can't talk to anyone anymore and they say they'll call you back but never do. left 4 or 5 messages and still waiting. Definitely moving to Publix.

Store ownerr/employee is a theif. Went to pay a bill knowing EXACTLY how much I put down and all of a sudden I'm out $5 and the cashier wants to fight about it. I wouldn't come here

Pulled into drive through with 2 cars in front of me 30 minutes until closing at 6:30. Pharmacy closed at 7. I wouldn’t have waited 30 minutes if I knew assisting the two cars in front of me would take 15 minutes each and I would be declined due to their closing time. When I got to the window they said turned off the computers so they couldn’t put insurance in and I could only pay 250 CASH- sketchy to say the least. When I asked why they couldn’t take my insurance the girl started yelling at me. I was beyond polite despite the wait.

Avoid this Pharmacy if you can. Bad customer service. They told me I needed to contact my doctor to get a prescription renewed, I call another CVS and I had my drugs renewed in 45 minutes.

Tried to call to get my 3 day supply (3 pills total) filled and they hung up on me. So I drive down and go inside and the pharmacist tells me “yeah we are working on it we will call you when it’s done”. Okay so I guess I’ll just leave and hang out in my car until you can fill three pills?? I’ve never been very fond of this cvs. It’s trashy and run down and they really don’t care about making you wait days to get your meds. This has happened before. I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy.
Edit - took them TWO DAYS. Two. To fill three pills.

Staff members are rude very poor customer service in the pharmacy cut people off in mid conversation because they had 10 minutes to closing time

Horribly, gratuitously rude. Called ahead specifically to ask about something, then showed up and was told it was not possible, and was treated absolutely awfully. Go to a locally owned pharmacy instead.

CVS is clean, organized, very helpful staff and the prices are reasonable. They have a sign up program that gives you tons of coupons!

To begin with, customer service in the pharmacy area as such says that the pharmacy area closes at 7 pm and they close at 6:40 or 6:30 pm and that is wrong because those are medications and many of them They are very important. They are terrible
