As many reviews as I see this woman Sharon has, I’m surprised CVS hasn’t been embarrassed enough to get rid of her. I also had a problem with her. I came in to buy some medicine that I could only get from the Pharmacy. Turns out they were closed by the time I got there. They rudely yelled it through their glass window “we closed an hour ago”. So I go to the cashier and I asked if they were allowed to get medicine out of the pharmacy. The cashier maybe didn’t know but she said “I believe so” so I went and got the card and here comes Sharon yelling “the pharmacy is closed out hours are posted on the front door”. I said “I don’t shop at CVS and I seen the store opened so I assumed the pharmacy was opened also” she said “pharmacy’s close earlier than the store” like I’m supposed to know that. So I went back to take the card back where I got it from out of respect and walked out and she was staring at me like I’m a criminal. Someone needs to do something about this woman before she meets the wrong one and they deal with her accordingly. She should watch the way she talks to people. Needless to say, I will be going out of my way to go to Walgreens.

Most times I come to this location, there’s an employee, I believe named Sharon.. who always makes a habit to keep a close eye on people of color particularly as if they’re stealing. I thought I was overthinking it until I saw her following me at a distance through the store until two other women of color came in, and she quickly went to following them. Another time I’d gone, went through the self checkout, noticed I had a coupon and went back for another item I considered buying. She yelled at me and told me it was store policy to leave my bags in the counter if I was going to continue shopping. I talked to another employee and she explained that is NOT store policy and she would talk to her. Today I came in and grabbed my items and went to the self checkout and of course, here comes Sharon standing behind me and asking if I needed help as I’m checking out. I told her no, and she left me alone. Someone needs to have another conversation with her about profiling her customers as it is unprofessional and extremely offensive.

Came in earlier tonight to grab a specific item when I walked in I had a couple bags from previously shopping I just moved in the area and I'm currently walking..I sat my bags down went and grabbed my own and went to the register.. The whole time nobody was there in sight I didn't even realize there was a self checkout until I heard it day something about placing something in the bagging area I know I wasn't next to it so I didn't bother I waited finally decided to go to the self checkout when the machine said assistance was on the way and that's when finally shift supervisor Sharon came running as if I was stealing I told her to check the cam she insisted on checking my bags on the counter after I told her she had no business checking my previous bags that I set on the counter as soon as I walked in and had not picked up yet because I had not paid for my item yet... Sharon said she was in the office so she didn't know if I took anything as she was rumbling through my bags.. That's not my problem she knew she was the only one there when the door rang you should've came out at least but proceeded to treat me like a thief the entire time I was there trying to pay for my item. I will be calling corporate because it is on can the entire treatment... So good luck keeping a job you're not good at Sharon

What I just experienced from short haired blonde lady “pharmacist” was absolutely appalling! I have never been so disrespected by a store in my life. I came to pick up my daughter’s medicine and this horribly inappropriate human had a a line of questions. At first understandable as unfortunately for my family these are c2 prescriptions and have to be scrutinized. However, as I was polite and accommodating to her questions. Once, I answered them she said, “Yeah, No I’m not gonna fill it,” in such a Degrading way I am actually fuming. I asked her why, and she said “because I don’t have to and said why don’t you go back to Publix or Walgreens….” Among other very snide things. Nasty attitude and a horrible way with people. Good for the store manager that has her back. She said it’s not a company or store policy it’s the pharmacist policy. Guess medical school was soo much. Enjoy the 2.6 stars. Hopefully this drops the store down a point. Have a nice day sincerely, one very upset father.

Avoid this location! Today I went in to grab a few things that I needed. I went to self checkout because I'm not a big fan of people, and as I was paying the tap pay wouldn't work. I was going into my wallet to pull out a different card to use and had inserted it in the chip reader when an employee by the name of Sharon came over. An old elderly woman. She was standing very close to me to the point I could feel her breath on my shoulder. She was peering over my shoulder so I stopped typing in my pin and asked her to step back because she was making me uncomfortable. She immediately got defensive and started yelling at me saying that she's an employee and she has a right to do whatever she wants if she feels like a customer is behaving suspiciously and stealing. I told her that I'm not behaving suspiciously I'm trying to pay for my things but I can't do that if she's peering over my shoulder trying to look at my pin. She tried to grab my things out of the bag and when I put my hand over my thigs she grabbed my hand instead.
I immediately jerked away and told her that she needed to step away and that I do not want her to touch me or my things. She started yelling at me that she can do whatever she wants and that it's her job. I told her that self checkout is not her job that the register is and told her that if I need help I'll ask for it. She still would not leave me alone and I didn't feel comfortable entering my pin with her over my shoulder. I asked if she could get the manager and instead of paging her or walking to get her, she screamed the manager's name across the store and made a scene, causing embarrassment especially considering I was buying some personal products.
The manager came up and pulled her away from the register, when I heard her ask the manager if she should still keep an eye on me since I was acting suspicious and the manager said yes! I just entered my pin, paid for my things, and left quickly. I already contacted corporate about this, but I wanted to warn consumers as well. Especially if you're someone who has anxiety, PTSD, or sensory difficulties. Her behavior is unsafe for anyone, but especially someone dealing with other battles.
Especially somewhere such as a CVS, employees should not be harassing customers or making them feel unsafe. I sincerely hope that whoever is in power sees this, or hears about my corporate complaint and lets the women go. She does not belong in a customer facing job.
Receipt for proof that I have no problem paying for my things

This is the saddest CVS I’ve been to (talking about the store, not pharmacy).
The makeup selection is sad and also spread out everywhere, same with the skin care. It’s not all in one area

Had an issue with a prescription. Worked with the pharmacy who discovered an error when dispensing. They corrected the issue. Thanks CVS for investing the photographic recordkeeping that allowed this to be resolved quite easily. Always excellent service.

I'm sharing this today my family member is legally blind. Today she went to CVS to pick up her medication and some other thing's . She got dropped off by a medical ride, that escorted her into CVS, from there she proceeded to go to the pharmacy to pick up her medication, Pharmacy stated it was a 15-minute wait, went to the front counter to ask for assistance, so she could get a drink and snack while she wait on the medication and her transportation to return. Well I guess from that point either the store manager was racist, or just had something against a person with disability, my family member was truly discriminated against by the store manager. Manager was very rude, told her to leave her store, told Pharmacy not to fill the prescription, My family member asked Pharmacy to call law enforcement for her at this point she was being discriminated against for absolutely no reason and denied her hypertension medication, she had witness to verify there was no type of altercation from her all she did was simply asked for assistance. I'm not sure what the store manager name is, but I will be taking this further, the chapter 413 if someone is legally blind approaches an associate ask for assistant, it is that associates duty to accommodate that customer, that was very unprofessional for an leader to set that type of example. totally discrimination No customer of any type of disability should javen to experience this. this is so unacceptable!

I just went to this pharmacy, and the woman (blond with short hair) at the pharmacy was very rude and didn’t want to help me. She yelled at me and told me she couldn’t fill my prescription. There’s a guy in the pharmacy who is always nice, but the others are so rude. Every time I went to this pharmacy there was always a problem. The front old lady is always so mean, in a bad mood, and so disrespectful. She doesn’t even let you finish talking when she interrupts you. So uneducated and mean. I will never go back to this pharmacy. They should fire all those mean and disrespectful people and get nice ones. Unbelievable!
