Unfortunately, I drive an hour and a half when they said they had the product I needed in stock. However, when I got there it was nowhere to be found. Three stars because the workers were very supportive and attending.

This is the second time I've had a problem with them reshafting my golf club. First time I brought my pitching wedge to them about 4 months ago and they said they would have it ready for me the next day. A week went by and they didn't call me or anything to let me know it was ready, so when I called them 5 days later, they told me that it still hadn't been done yet. The manager gave me the shaft and the labor for free.
Since I treated me decent and made up for the last time I decided to try and give them another chance. This time they dismantled my driver and had me order a custom shaft, and once I get the shaft and they can put it back together within a day or so and have it ready for me the next day. I go to bring it to them and they apparently lost the Hazel adjuster on the club. So now I'm inconvenience to have to go home and buy one on Amazon, then drive back up to Ocala to have them do this job. I'm just going to go on to PGA TOUR superstore and let them do the work. They're more reliable and more trustworthy than these bums.

The Ocala Fl. DSG does Not sell any Miami gear. No Dolphins, Hurricanes, Marlins, Heat or Panthers gear.
I asked the manager on the floor, Why?
He stated, "Not a Fan".
Maybe this post will help they're marketing towards next year.

Purchased a treadmill for delivery and assembly on August 10, 2024 and 25 days later there has been no communication from their “large item” delivery company or Dick’s regarding delivery. Contacted customer service 2 weeks ago and they didn’t have much information. I will never again purchase “large “ items from Dick’s or recommend them and if it’s not delivered by the end of the week I’m canceling the order and requesting a refund of my $800!!!!!

Bought cleats and a belt for my son's travel baseball tournament in town here. The large belt was in the youth section so it wouldn't work. Returning it while my wife and son were at the hotel they wanted to give me a $2 credit for a $13 item when all I wanted to do was an exchange. Just about anywhere else would let you do an even exchange so they will never get a dime from us again.

Went to buy shoes, new and was only offered a used pair of Brooks tennis shoes. The salesman who clearly wanted to be anywhere but there, when asked to get my size from the back brought me used shoes to try on and when I asked why he was offering me used shoes, his reply was “we stand by our shoes”. I then stated that I refuse to pay that kind of money for used shoes. He then went to the back to “get” new to only return with the same shoes wrapped in paper. I then thanked him for his time and left.

Went there on 4/06/24. The employees (females) were just talking between themselves, not paying attention to customers. Asked for some sunglasses and the woman answered: Could be only online, and we dont have it here. I wont go back to buy at this store.
