A pleasure to shop there. I miss being in Ohio where Dillards was everywhere. Down here I have to go to Ocala so it’s an infrequent treat—great merchandise, friendly , helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Dillards was a favorite department store of mine when I lived in North Carolina in the 1990's and I was so happy to finally make it to the Dillards in Ocala! Very nice store with friendly help on shoes and at the Lancome counter! Can't wait to come back and spend more time in the Lilly and Tommy Bahama clothing sections!
