Went here to get my tires rotated. I had bought them at another location up in Nashville The guy that was working with me named Donald spotted a nail in my tire right away. They rotated my tires and gave me a great deal on some wipers. I am real happy with Donald and the service at discount tire. When I need tires again, that's where I'm going

They were very accommodating. Even though they did not have the tire in stock that I wanted they upgraded it to one they had in stock but at the same price as my original choice. They also took the time to check all tire pressures before leaving the shop and replaced all of my windshield wipers for me (which I purchased there, of course)

I pulled in the parking lot at 5:58 pm, closing time was 6:00 pm. I had a tire with a nail in it. Not only did they fix my tire, they rebalanced it…and get this….No Charge!! I did not buy those tires from here. I will buy every tire going forward from the great guys at Discount Tires of Ocala! Great job Donald and team.

Extremely quick and easy walk in to use warranty on my tire. Even though my tire was discontinued they were able to get me a new one and both guys I dealt with were so nice. HIGHLY recommended

Went there for air in my ex husband's tires only to find out that the place in Washington put one of the tires on inside out!! They were able to squeeze me in AND got me the car back quicker than promised. What??! The service was great, and this why we keep going back to Discount Tire!

I have been using this tire company for years and have always been completely satisfied with their work. Sometimes however the best insight to company values can be gained by observing how they handle mistakes which despite everyone’s best efforts will still occur from time to time. Recently a minor error was handled with the utmost professionalism, corrected in a timely fashion at absolutely no cost to me. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!

Went in. For a flat repair, rotate and balance. In and out in twenty minutes. Very pleased with them today.
