Went and tried to call about my application and the lady was very rude and disrespectful and pretty much hung the phone up on me so wouldn’t try applying here or you get nothing but attitude

First off, i really like going to this location because it is very close to home and I ride a bicycle everywhere I have to go. Also having to be on dialysis it’s makes a shorter ride to the store especially in this heat. They always have all my essentials and snacks that I like BUT someone should really have a conversation with the redhead manager because her attitude SUX!! She always has an attitude when she tells me to leave my bag at the front. Sure, fine! “Company policy” anyways, i, for one, have a problem with that because my bag is not secure enough and how am I gonna know they’re watching it for me, it’s very easy to grab anyone’s bag from that area they have me leave it. 2. I am a dialysis patient and also have very high blood pressure so I need to have my medical necessities near me at all times. With her attitude alone could spike up my blood pressure at any time. My last visit before today she yelled at me and said “IF YOU DONT WANT TO SHOP HERE THEN LEAVE!” After I told her she needs to have everyone leave their bags up front but me. I have seen multiple people walk in with bags and still have them walking around the store. I am not gonna stop buying products from Dollar General because it’s not anyone else’s fault but hers for being really unprofessional about me leaving my bag. I do not steal but she surely makes me feel like she’s accusing me of this. When I first started going to this store NOBODY else said anything to me about leaving my bag until I ran into the redhead manager. Everyone else that works there knows I’m not gonna steal because they see how much money I spend there. Other than that I really love they have Milos sweet tea and a wide variety of candy.

One of the worst stores have been into. Couldn't even go down in the aisles there is at least three dozen carts in the aisles. And hardly none of the shelf stocked.

I go to this store daily but yesterday really ended my shopping there. I brought 2 Gatorade's along with $53 of other stuff and the Gatorade's both were sour so I brought my receipt along with bag and 2 Gatorade's and the manger who knows me said ok go get 2 more, so omw back to the front of the store I opened 1 Gatorade and it was sour too so I told the check out clerk and she went off on me and told me I was steal because I didn't pay for it and I'm like ma'am my bag and proof of purchase Is right behind you and she made this into something it didn't have to be knowing I shop there almost daily so I asked fir a refund and I will never go back. You would think she would be more worried about having a shelf full of sour drinks but no. It probably happened when there AC went out for 2 months str8.

Always the Ac is out . Actually feels good outside! I feel bad for the workers and the food that they are selling because is so hot and is not in room temperature is melting and disgusting . I would say is around 88 or 90 inside and that early in the morning.

Always has “ac problems” and shuts the store down for hours atleast once a week. This is the 3rd week in a row I’ve observed this. I seriously think some sort of time theft is occurring here not even mentioning most of the products are in boxes on carts on the sales floor not on the shelves. Terrible store. Can’t even keep milk in stock when they are open. Attached is the sign stating ac problems with a customer standing outside in the rain.

This store is very convenient to my house so I like to run in on my way home. For months the AC has been out which makes browsing not an option. I run in & run right back out. If you are stuck in line it’s horrible. I went in the other day & it was closed till 6 bc of AC issue and too hot in store. Come on - fix the AC!!!!

My shopping experience @ DG store #07352 was good, BUT my observance of the young lady in management "announce"- in essence, to everyone waiting to check out -that she was "going to the bank" & then when she called the bank to inform them the denominations & amounts she wanted of each type of bill & coin was SHOCKING and SURPRISING 2 me. A HUGE, HUGE breakdown in training. So many things could go wrong as she proceeded out the door to go to the bank.As a customer, I should NEVER know, simply by standing @ checkout, that ANY employee is going to the bank. Sooo, what did I do??? I leaned in to & quietly shared my concern w/ the young man manning the register: asking if he'd let the manager know what I'd observed/heard & that she may want to conduct the specifics of the stores banking needs & her plans for a bank run, in the office with the door closed. His response was just as SHOCKING -- "I don't think I can say that 2 the manager." Dude really!!!??? I quickly said 2 him, then tell her I said it, that a customer shared it with you just to make her aware.I wanted 2 get her name, but decided that it's not her issue, actually, but, the regional/district manager who has to own this breakdown. I chalked it up to the fact that she was NOT sufficiently trained, but was placed in a position unprepared.Dollar General Corp, T Vasos & John Owens surely don't expect the customers to know any stores bank run routine.PS: the re-training needs of the cashier are just as great. The culture in the DG family or at leaat in store 07352 it seems is not supportive of employees speaking their concerns to the manager. & that's just as sad.
